When me and my 3 friends arrived at the hotel we got a complimentary champagne. We however then got taken to what I can describe as a basement of sorts. The room number wasn’t even displayed on the map and we were positioned outside of the mini pool with lots of people taking the chairs that were meant for us outside our room. We subsequently ended up asking for a change and after 2 nights we got this. The reception was very accommodating with this. We much preferred our next room and really enjoyed the stay. This was a very good hotel. They have aqua gym, entertainment for both kids and adults and the food is good. They have a selection of dishes and aalla cart restaurants which didn’t disappoint. The wine was refilled everytime you drank some which was lovely 😉pizzas on the beach were great and they also had great slushies. Would definitely go again! However it wasn’t really 5 star hotel. The taps in the bathroom were coming off and there was an ant infestation outside both of the rooms we went in. We also did get disturbed most mornings with restock of the mini fridge but they knock and walk in without you responding. Apart from that it was good!

As.family holidays go, this has jumped to the top of our list. Which is no mean feat when you're used to breaks in Dubai and the Carribean! Weather was perfect, beach is good but lots of man made sand / shingle. The standout features are twofold: The staff are exceptional! These guys are tireless and cannot do enough for.you. Shout out to the animation team: Alex, C, Adel, Evalina, Emile. These guys just made sure you had fun. The other outstanding feature is the food. Wide range and fresh ingredients, well cooked and presented! If you are thinking about here, dont, just come!

Wow! This hotel is absolute luxury. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and it did not disappoint. The hotel has 5 a la carte restaurants (they do get fully booked so a reservation is required), a gelateria, gyros cafe and the main restaurant which serves an incredible buffet is open pretty much all day and night. The bars are superb with excellent choices of drinks - both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. My boyfriend and I decided to book a treatment in the spa - we received discount which was the cherry on top! The treatments were relaxing and heavenly. We also opted to use the sauna and indoor pool which I would highly recommend. The hotel has huge pools which can get quite busy, but overall they are spacious. There is also entertainment offered every night which we really enjoyed. The location of the hotel is quite remote - it is about an hour away by car from Old Town Rhodes, however 20 mins from Lindos. It took just under 2 hours to get to the Old Town by bus which can be a bit of a pain if you have children. This is no fault of the hotel but worth nothing. Overall, an excellent stay!

What a lovely place. The Animation team made the holiday extra special. C (Cyril), Alex, Evalina and Danny really looked after me & my family. The activities they ran were great. Aquagym, darts, beach volleyball, and the evening entertainment in the Amphitheatre was brilliant... funny, entertaining and engaging. I cannot recommend this place highly enough & can't wait to go back next year. (Raining back in Wolverhampton now 😕) Thank you Animation team for making our family holiday extra special 😘

Overall great property and setup with access to private beach, if management improves services and bit of cleanliness in and around property including some refurbish work then it has great potential, at times it doesn't feel like a 5 Star hotel as you would see flies around foods stored in the main restaurant, this is not one off but almost all the time flies around, staff seems like overworked and probably not enough paid from their attitude and behaviors. These all could be improved quickly to make it a great resort for a memorable holiday
