Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was perfect, and the entire staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and always smiling. We never felt like we were bothering anyone. Everyone was happy to help with anything we needed. We also highly recommend renting a boat or a jet ski. It was one of the highlights of our vacation and an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to our animator, C, who looked after us throughout the whole week. He was always helpful, kind, and made our stay even more enjoyable. This has been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had, and we will definitely come back someday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Artist and a Ray of Sunshine! Our stay at Mitsis Rodos Maris was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible lady - Despina -serving drinks! She is not just a bartender- she is a true artist and an absolute positive soul. Every single day, she brought an infectious energy that lifted everyone's spirits. No matter how busy it got, she remained extremely well-organized, efficient, and attentive, ensuring nobody ever waited long for a drink. What we loved most was how genuine and open to talk she was. She takes the time to connect with guests, making you feel less like a customer and more like an old friend. If you want great drinks served with the warmest smile in Rhodes, look for her- restaurant level! She is an absolute asset to the hotel! Thank you for making our holiday so bright! 🍹✨

Mixed Experience: The Bad: Terrible Front Desk & Check-In: We were made to wait a long time at check-in despite there being no queue. Later, when trying to order room service, I was transferred three times on the phone with no answer. When I went down to the desk, the staff was rude and careless. Subpar Food: The à la carte restaurants are very low quality, and the room service food we eventually received was cold and soggy. The view from our room was also underwhelming. Incessant Guilt-Tripping: After filling out an internal feedback form, the reception called my room three times - first to apologize, then to make fake excuses defending themselves, and then to apologize for the food. To top it off, during check-out, the receptionist requested me twice not to leave a bad review. I wouldn't have posted publicly, but the pressure to protect their rating was too much. Great beach: On the bright side, the hotel grounds are nice, and the beach setup is excellent. Wonderful Team: While reception was a nightmare, the restaurant staff and the rest of the resort team were super nice and provided great service. Definitely didn't feel like a 5* resort.

Amazing holiday because of the entertainment reps, the food and all the staff. I travelled with my 11 year old son on my own and it was very safe in the resort for him to go off with his holiday buddies. But by far and away the best thing was the entertainment. Evelina, Nino, Alex,C, Adeel and all the others were amazing. Yoga for me in the morning was great and then they worked soooo hard all day and night making sure the kids are having fun. My son absolutely loved it, as did all the other kids. Thank you thank you and thank you to all of the entertainment team for making it our best ever holiday. My son had sooo much fun cos of you guys and I got a break!! The food is delicious at this hotel too. We want to come back in October we had so much fun. I love Greece as a single mum traveller cos the people are so kind and welcoming, i think it’s the safest place I’ve ever been. What an amazing holiday, the entertainment team all deserve a pay rise cos they made it 10/10 it would be 8 without them lol 😊 xx

We have had the time of our lives here. We stayed in a masionette with 5 of us and it was perfect with a lovely garden view and balcony, clean and functional. The buffet was great had something for everyone. Minutes from the beach and pools were perfect and always found sunbeds easily. Now the main thing I want to talk about is the animation team-the truly made our stay here unforgettable. Evelina, Alex, Nino, C and the entire team were fantastic. Positive, high energy, so kind, patient, fun and the kids adored them. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and the shows and entertainment they organised were top tier in particular the fire show! I genuinely can not sing their praises enough they all deserve a pay rise! Special shout out to Chris and Stella at the pool bar who were also exceptional so kind and funny and also loved our kids and they loved them! Ice coffee was spot on! We will be booking again and eldest son now wants to be apart of the animation team!!
