A fantastic place, everything is clean, new, and meticulously maintained. Considering the size of the hotel and the number of recreational and restaurant options on offer, I think the hotel is well-maintained and well-run. The staff, waiters, and waitresses were friendly and respectful every day, even though many worked long hours. The hotel offers several restaurants with fantastic food, which I have no complaints about. There's also a dessert, ice cream, and coffee corner, two takeout places, a gym, and several other places to spend time. The buffet was also excellent and rotated to ensure freshness and deliciousness. Personally, I was pleasantly surprised because the food was fantastic and the selection was huge. I think everyone could find something they liked, which isn't the case with every hotel. The swimming pools and children's playground were also well-maintained, and the staff made every effort to ensure everyone was happy. Our family deserves a special thank you to all the staff and the people who ran the children's club, as the girls made every effort to ensure the children were happy and content. From what I saw from my own children, the first thing they asked was when the club would be open. I could go on and on about the hotel's many advantages, and for anyone wondering if it's worth it, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Best regards and thank you.

An unforgettable stay at Mitsis Alila Selection! ​Amazing hotel in a beautiful beachfront location with stunning ocean views. We enjoyed perfect weather and crystal-clear waters that were the ideal, refreshing temperature. ​The resort has a wonderfully chilled vibe, with plenty of activities available if you want to join in. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Nikos in the main restaurant for his outstanding service. ​The food was consistently good with a fantastic variety to choose from. A holiday to remember!

Fantastic stay at Mitsis Alila! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities are beautiful, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. A special mention to Nicolas at the bar — he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our evenings truly memorable. Will definitely be back!

Fabulously appointed hotel with excellent welcoming hospitality. Expensive but absolutely value for money. Loud music until 11pm each night so request a room further from the centre if this could be an issue for you. Housekeeping was a little hit and miss but so many other things more than made up for this. Plentiful towels available for beach use. Food of high quality and plentiful. Spa services were available and we had a leg massage as ran the Rhodes 10km but I recommend that you do not pay extra for spa use beyond treatments. The jacuzzi and massage pools were cold and felt a little dirty. Outdoor swimming pools heated and non heated were lovely to use especially at 7am. Small personal annoyance was the Sunbed reservation system meaning that beds were limited if you wanted one poolside in the afternoon, but we went out of season so there were beds available on the beach. Any slight nitpicking is to give a rounded view but I would absolutely recommend and return. I would love to visit the grand when it reopens as it is a slightly more central location for the old town.

The hotel is in a brilliant location between the Rhodes Old Town and Lindos, and truly delivers a 5-star experience. Every facility you can think of is there (gym, spa, convenient stores, car hire desk, several pools and a number of restaurants), rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and premium quality throughout. The pool area is impressive, and the direct access to the beach makes it even more special. The beach bar is a highlight in itself, with incredible bartenders Jordan and Vaggela who bring such great energy and make the whole experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is equally outstanding. I love the Pita Corner (ouzeri) the service really stood out, so attentive and thoughtful, making me feel genuinely looked after from the moment I arrived. The food was exceptional, clearly made with top-quality ingredients and great attention to detail, and the setting creates such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. A special mention to staff here at the Ouzeri Majorica (Rica), George, Luli and Nana who truly went above and beyond. They took such incredible care of me and created a really special birthday experience that I won’t forget. It genuinely felt like I made friends here, not just had a meal. They are the reason I keep coming back to this particular restaurant. Everything was just right, highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning again. ❤️
