We had a wonderful stay and choosing this hotel was definitely a very good decision. Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end. The hotel was always clean, the food was very tasty with a lot of choice every day, and the atmosphere was amazing. What made the biggest difference was the staff — everyone was so kind, helpful, welcoming and always smiling. You can really see how much effort every single person puts into making guests feel comfortable and happy. It is only a shame that we stayed for just 4 days, because we truly enjoyed every moment there and would have loved to stay longer. We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff individually for their hard work and kindness during our stay. We truly appreciated it. We will definitely come back again in the future. Thank you for everything! ☀️

We had a brilliant week here. The hotel is comfortable and pristine clean. The food choice is excellent every day and great care is taken over allergies by the chefs. This is greatly appreciated. If you like the beach it is minutes away, there are sun beds on the grass and by the pool. The staff really fo make a huge effort to be attentive. We were privileged to use the new spa which is truly 5 star.

Where to start…. Rooms have been recently updated and are modern, spotless and feel large with the mirrors. We was lucky enough to get updated to a sea room view aswell which was big enough for 3 persons. Beds cleaned daily and up to high standards.comes with robes and slippers… the usual. The all inclusive food was ok. The Al-e-Carte food on the over hand was absolutely amazing, 10/10 delicious and good portion sizes. Chose to eat hear each day instead and no additional cost, just had to plan it in. Mexican brunch was definitely my favourite and 5 start rated. Good facilities for the evenings and drinks were ok. All the members of staff from the reception, to the bar staff, to the house cleaners and managers were so friendly and welcoming. Wanted to mention a special praise to the A-le-carte manager who was absolutely amazing squeezing us in at times. Service was phenomenal. The hotel is up to date and modern in almost every area. This was our first Mitsis and it definitely will not be our last, will definitely stay here again.

First time at a Mitsis resort, it was amazing! We went the first week of May. My husband and I (30s, American) Notable things: 1. Terrific staff. Specifically the wait staff. We'd love to recognize Angelos, Marios, Noor, Aldi, William, and Olga. 2. Great value. We did all inclusive, and it covered everything we could need. The price couldn't be beat. We went out a few nights, but mostly ate at the hotel. 3. Brand new gym and spa attached to the hotel! Welling was amazing and their packages are worth booking. 4. Everything was amazingly clean! The styling was also beautiful. 5. Location! 10 min from Anthony Quinn bay by taxi (10€), an hour from lindos (hotel has a shuttle for 30€ pp), and a 45 min public bus ride from rodos old town (2.50€ each way pp). Faliraki beach and the town are so nice and there is a lot to do right at the hotel. 6. Lots of lounge chairs. No shortage of great spots with umbrellas and comfy cushions. 7. VERY clean and nice pools. Not heated, but huge, clean, and refreshing. 8. Lots of kid-friendly spaces. We didn't travel with children, but many people did! There was a kids pool with waterslide and plenty of activities. 9. Plenty of activities. There is a full gym, climbing wall, tennis courts, pickleball courts, several pools, and a nice stretch of beach. Things we found odd (again, American, so these things may be normal): 1. Food (as in substantial meals) is not available in the afternoon from 2-6pm. You can get crepes to order and small slices of pizza, but nothing substantial. During this time of day, you'll be better off going into faliraki (there are restaurants 100m away) 2. The pools close at 6pm. Private room pools do not. We just found this odd considering the sun doesn't set until 9pm! Also, none of the pools are heated. 3. Private transfers are about double the cost of a taxi (45 to and from airport, but around 25 for a taxi) 4. Private pools are not actually private! There is a divider between each of the individual pools, but they're all connected, and the wall is about 4ft tall. 5. Club 8, which is attached to the hotel, is NOT included. It is the only heated pool and has the nicest chairs, but it's minimum 60€ per day and the food/drinks are not part of the all inclusive package. One would think they'd throw in one day pass per room for a week stay, to get you interested in going back. oh well! Overall, we really loved this experience and would come back again. We are certainly planning on staying at another Mitsis resort soon to explore other islands.

The service throughout the stay was impeccable — always attentive, professional, and delivered with a smile. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining luxury with comfort. Our room was spotless, spacious, and offered stunning views that made every morning special. The housekeeping team deserves praise for their attention to detail. Dining was another highlight — the variety and quality of the food were exceptional, with different options each day to suit every taste. The themed restaurants were a real treat, offering both international flavors and authentic Greek cuisine. The pool and beach areas were immaculate, with plenty of comfortable loungers, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. Whether we wanted to unwind by the water or enjoy the entertainment, there was always something to do. What truly sets Mitsis Faliraki apart is the overall experience: luxury paired with genuine care for guests. It’s the kind of place where you can create lasting memories, and we certainly did. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay in Rhodes — we can’t wait to come back!
