We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time here. A big plus was that the room cleaning was done every day, which made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were always clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. It is a great place to rest and enjoy your vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again.

Hotel is in a good position in Golf de Sur which we have visited a few times. Handy for a nice coastal walk to San Blas. Weather in January was quite windy. Our room was great - a junior suite with sea front views although we only got the sun on the balcony early morning. The hotel entertainment is geared towards children so we didnt attend it. We preferred the quieter bar on level 2. The hotel is huge to get around and wasnt easy with mobility problems. Food was average for all-inclusive and the A la Carte restaurants are only open on specific nights so hard to book on night of your choice. We did eat out a few times locally. All drinks are obtained by means of a token system. You get tokens on arrival (one each) deposit 5euro. You have to hand over either a token or your empty tumbler/glass to get another drink. I agree that it stops glasses lying around but there could be a bit more flexibility when you order, say a coffee and a liqueur (not allowed, only one drink per person). Also stick to your guns and refuse to pay for something included on table menus and the app when staff try to charge you. We had a good holiday, mainly due to the friendly people we met but staff could have been a bit happier/cheerful especially on front desk.

I do a lot of reviews so people really know what they are booking, I can't fault this hotel , we were there for just 5 days for golf, the rooms are huge and very clean ,we just booked a basic room and we got a view of the golf course we were playing . The food was outstanding so much choice every night and they also had a food at the side of the pool. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing every morning every one was cleaning ready for that day. Location was superb regarding to the golf course we were playing. I would say this was a 4 star plus Hotel everything was good and handy near the marina and shops. I nearly forgot they had some amazing acts on for entertainment at night.

This is a lovely AI hotel close to the airport so no wasted transfer time. There are lovely coastal walks should you want to stretch your legs. The buffet style food is mostly good and sometimes very good. There are a choice of pools and lots of sunbeds. Some areas need a little tlc but overall the hotel is very nice and well kept. I have stayed in a range of rooms and air con quality varies. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I like the environmental initiatives and the token for a cup means there is less rubbish left around. The daytime bars and snack bars are great and ideal for helping yourself to the core food and drinks. I have only visited in winter months which has been great and not over crowded.
