We stayed for 5 nights. Very helpful at check in. We arrived at 11:00 am and got our bracelets. We could not get into the room yet so we put our bags in the bag room. You need €2 for the lockers. They have a limited amount. You also need to give a €10 deposit for pool towels and €1 per token for a drink cup. (You can bring your own cup). The food was very good with a wide selection. We never had lunch as they have a snack bar near the pool and the kids were happy with the selection. The pools are great with slides and in the deep pool they have a morning and afternoon exercise class. They also have a shallow pool for younger children. The restaurant had themed evenings ranging from Italian, Japanese, Mexican and Spanish. They also have a free transfer to the beach In a mini bus. The driver was very friendly and she made a good effort with the children. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and hopefully will be able to go back again.

We are incredibly happy with Sever's service. Our room was spotless every day, and everything was cleaned with great care. She is such a kind, friendly, and lovely person. The sweetest part was that every day she surprised us with a new towel art creation on our bed. It was so creative, thoughtful, and always brought a smile to our faces. Those little touches made our holiday even more special. Thank you, Sever, for your hard work and for making our stay so memorable. We hope to see you again on our next visit!

Me and my family stayed at AluaSun for 10 days, we chose the hotel as it is the only hotel in Marbella with a water park for our children. Little did we know me and dad would be enjoying the water park just as much :p. The hotel did not disappoint in many ways. The service was impeccable, the staff were brilliant! And our room maid Seher was an absolute GEM! The entertainers by the pool were great. They have a kids club on most of the day so parents can have a little rest which is fantastic. Everything was just brilliant. We will definitely be coming back to the same hotel next time.

This hotel is one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed in, the location, the entertainment, the language barrier, the cleaners, some of the staff and timing of things. Firstly I’d like to start off with saying how rubbish it is that the pool is only open from 11am-6pm! Yep you read that right and that’s if you’re lucky that it’s even open at all. The entertainment is as boring as watching paint dry and is aimed at the older generation, not much for kids at all. If you don’t drive and you’re at the hotel pass 6pm just know you’ll be stuck there with nothing to do, go out and enjoy yourself do not waste any of your holiday at this hotel. The small entertainment they put on in the day, they only spoke the 3 languages I have mentioned, I had to ask them to say it in English. They do have a small arcade room but they all fail and the staff end up giving you your money back for the machines as none of them work correctly. Apart from the manger who is lovely, no one speaks or understands English there, in fact they don’t even make an effort, they do however speak very good French and German, they didn’t seem to care for the English, if you can’t speak Spanish make sure you have your translator at the ready. Food isn’t great either, we got uncooked chicken a few times and there isn’t much of a selection for younger kids, my kiddo lived of chips at the hotel. The breakfast is the worse, the baked beans were so chewy it felt like we were chewing gum. 🤢 Some of the staff are rude, specially one woman, we went all inclusive and she told my kiddo after two drinks that she wasn’t allowed anymore and told us cos we are together, we should order together and not separately, her whole attitude was disgusting. Lastly the cleaners start at 7am and they are loud, dragging the chairs along the floor, banging around and just being completely obnoxious, now I know they have a job to do but we are on holiday, we don’t expect to me woken at 7am 😭 this continued till pass 1pm so don’t expect a late morning nap. I just feel like they could be a little more considerate and respectful. Not everyone for early to get up to go to breakfast, we went once and it was so disgusting we didn’t go again. Overall the hotel is a 1/10 if you’re of the older generation, don’t like to do too much and can speak French, German or Spanish this could be the perfect hotel for you, this hotel is not for families, it is absolutely rubbish.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was great and varied, we really appreciated the themed evenings at the restaurant. The entertainment was very good (special mention to Vanesa from the kids club, she was great with my little one) as were the swimming pools and the all inclusive service. Very convenient shuttle service to Marbella and a few shops nearby. Spotless cleaning and great staff!
