Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in hotel Ona Marinas. A very big plus is the availability of the beach and sunbeds you can enjoy free. The hotel is very lively and they try to engage guests. The room was decent maybe a bit shabby but overall good. The cleaning crew was in our room every day and changed our towels. The food was good, there was a variety of a lot of stuff. The staff were friendly and very forthcoming. We liked a lot that the beach was very quiet and a bit “wild” no cafes around no loud music. Overall we would definitely come again!

The location is ideal for relaxation. Swimming pool, sea. There was no big problem with the deck chairs, even though people quickly booked seats. The food is good. But I suggest being up to an hour after opening, as there are large queues afterwards. But the staff handles it well. Although not everyone can be satisfied. The downside is that there are few attractions by the sea. So, as I said before, the perfect place to rest. Rooms are fine but not too claen thoroughly. To the nearest town (2 km too warm to walk), so you have to arrange transport but there were no problems with that. Reception will always help. I recommend

Everyday you start your day standing 30 minutes in a line longer than the hotel. It’s the breakfast queue. It’s a shame really. They have obviously booked too many guests compared to how many they can accommodate. This is not how you want to start your vacation morning. Next issue is the sunbeds. If you’re up and out at 9 this is too late. ALL the sunbeds in the beach/grass area is then taken already. It should have been a no save sunbed policy strictly regulated… tomorrow we need to get up at 6 only to ensure we get a sunbed! The buffet food is very good tho. So for us it was worth an upgrade to all inclusive. :) We arrived late at night with three kids and they knew we were four people in total. But the room was only made up for two. We had to do the rest ourselves at 02:00. I think this is a bit bad service but apart from this the room is okay. It’s also a good location of the room.

The location is amazing. Having the beach on your doorstep is fantastic. The food is really good quality. I think what let's it down is the size of the dining space. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for all inclusive. I was b&b and paid additionally for a couple of evening meals. I wouldn't have wanted to face those queues for every meal. I think the staff at meal times are overwhelmed because of this. It can lead to a tense atmosphere at times. The bar seems to be completely unused and I feel this could be used for dining during peak times. It would cut down the queues for a table and make dining feel less like a chore. The staff in reception are lovely and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious although there are a lot of ants and this should be rectified as a priority. I would return again on a b&b basis.

A properly dissapointing experience and not even in the ballpark of being worth the money. For over 3.2k€ for 6 nights it is not a cheap hotel pricewise however qualitywise it is awfull. The rooms were at best 5 years past the point when they needed reconstruction. The furnutire was old the bathroom was old the sink cracked the bathtub full of old stains and the curtain torn, dirty and made of a weird rubbery material. That was not all however the room was straight up filthy with the aforementioned dirty bathtub, crumbles and whantnot in every corner and what we presumed was mold on the dresser doors and of course we must not forget the floor which with its shape was resemblant of a pump track with how crocked it was. Worst of all was the AC which was quite old and thus filled the room with an unpleasant smell. The roomkeeping was also done in a rather poor fashion with the main motto being what is wet is clean. The all inclusive was also a proper dissapointment. While somewhat decent liqour was on offer for the coctails such as mojito, pina colada, sex on the beach etc. a ultra sweet slushy version from a robot mixer was used. Another problem with the all inclusive was the fact that it wasnt really inclusive e.g. the hotel has an inside pool but that was not included same applies to the tennis court and other facilities. HOWEVER the biggest problem with the all inclusive wast that they cut our bracelets (for the all inclusivr)at check out never have I ever in my many years of travelling seen a seaside hotel do this neither in Spain or anywhere else it is absolutely unacceptable that a hotel does this especially when the booking claims 6nights 7days so this is a borderline fradoulent practice this applies doubily when the price is considered. There is another problem with the hotel and that is that there are simply no ordinary showers and changing rooms for those with late departures. The wifi also seemed to cut out quite often. The food on offer was of good quallity and the evening entertainment was stellar however it always started at 22:00 meaning that you can forget falling asleep before 23:20 when it usually ended. All in all a very very overpriced experience of poor quallity and unless masive changes are done to the hotel it will feel that way.
