Nice hotel! Good breakfast. Dinner was good, a large selection of different dishes in buffet format. The service was friendly! The rooms were well decorated. The two large swimming pools are a big plus. The good musical performances in the evenings were nice. Overall, a really good and affordable hotel, child-friendly and peaceful.

Lovely hotel, large but not overcrowded, lovely pools, lots of sun loungers. Location I'd good, easy access to the beach. Marina is 5 mins away in a taxi, shops and restaurants nearby and also in the hotel. Super market a few mins walk away. Good kids entertainment every night. Helpful and friendly staff. Costa coffee available at the food truck, small play area beside the pool for the kids, kids club availability, gym, hair dresser, shop, games room, pub. Has everything you would expect and more. We were here to 10 days and looking to book again.

Can’t complain about the room or cleanliness, absolutely spotless. Entertainment is good but day time entertainment is lacking and they don’t really engage with guests. Very noisy rooms should be soundproofed in some way, we had a few sleepless nights with noisy neighbours blasting music constantly all night until 9am, the noise from people going back to their rooms late at night and kids being let run round corridors at night was horrible. Food and drink very expensive. Damp musty smell in the bathroom. Staff I met were all lovely. Shop had everything you need but is very expensive. Buffet dinner was terrible, felt very rushed aswell like they want you out. The view from the room was beautiful. Sunbed wars omg I won’t even go into how bad it is and I can imagine it’ll be worse in July and August. I’d really love to come back again as we did love the hotel just the noise from other guest was very bad and that’s no fault of the hotel

The Good: Hotel staff were all polite and friendly, Hotel was clean and tidy, Food was great, and reasonable price, Great views, Taxi rank outside, Two supermarkets close by, Bus stop outside, Daily room service, Pools good. The Average: Rooms are small, we had a sea view room. Two adults, two 12yr kids. The limited time we spent in the room we felt on top of each other. These rooms are for two adults and one young child max I'd say. Internal supermarket a tad expensive, but you expect that for the convenience. Example can of Fanta lemon €1.60 in hotel supermarket, €0.80 in external supermarkets across road. The Bad: WiFi: Reception, is very limited in lots of places. We were lucky enough to have good reception in room but were constantly disconnected. We even paid for "premium WiFi" for €3 per day, this made no difference in terms of speed and we were still constantly disconnected, so a waste of money. Noise: We were on floor 4, so away from the panorama bar on floor 6 however, other customers were main issues, slamming doors at 2am, shouting, moving furniture etc can all be heard from above and around you on the same floor. Sound insulation is none existent. Hotel hosted 3 weddings in our 1 week stay, we are all for people having a good time but again it's a family hotel so being woke up by lots of noise up until 2am while bar is open, is not great experience.

Fabulous time at the Sunset Beach Club. Had a 2 bedroom apartment with huge balcony overlooking pools. From reception staff to the lovely cleaning ladies I couldn't fault a thing. Food lovely. Brilliant little supermarket on ground floor with fresh bakery for morning coffee etc. Prices not too bad either. Absolutely loved it.
