The life jackets off the fuerte group( playa la herradura) are not good. They give big blue stains on your clothing. You need that clothing underneath your jackets before you get in their kajaks. Doesn't get clean in the washing machine ! An other thing to improve, use equipement for your voice. Can't hear you on the beach and water.

A contract was thus concluded and corresponding flights were booked. Shortly before departure, and only after repeated inquiries, C.B. from Fuerte Group Hotels informed us that the apartment promised in the contract was being used by others and was no longer available. Instead of the quiet penthouse apartment (with a clearly defined apartment number agreed upon), we were now offered a familiar and very unattractive ground-floor apartment in a noisy area at a significantly higher price. Despite repeated requests, the resulting loss due to the last-minute organization of more expensive alternative accommodations during peak season has not been reimbursed. The agency in Marbella lures customers with early discounts, exerts considerable pressure shortly before arrival, acts unethically, and violates a signed contract. We want to prevent other vacationers from falling victim to C.B. from Fuerte Group Hotels. We will see if the manager of the dubious employee responds; she has already been contacted. Furthermore, we will now be contacting other relevant authorities. We will not give up.
