The hotel is lovely, with a stylish lobby, plenty of bars serving premium drinks, and a fantastic beach and pier. The food in the main restaurant is good, but unfortunately, the menu is almost the same every day, so there is very little variety. The desserts are the weakest point, with bland flavours and disappointing textures. The only exception is the baklava, which is really good. On the positive side, the fresh fruit is delicious and of excellent quality. The restaurant staff are average — not bad, but not particularly impressive either. The bar staff are good, while the animation team are fantastic, with special thanks to Kadir and Romana for making our stay even more enjoyable! The rooms are nice and very clean upon arrival, although the housekeeping service during the stay could be improved. The SPA massage is excellent, but the indoor pool and other facilities are quite poor. I know most guests come for the beach and sea, but we had two days of rain and strong winds, so better indoor facilities would have made a real difference. Overall, it is a good hotel with a few areas for improvement, particularly the food variety and desserts. With a little more attention to these details, the experience could be even better. Once again, a special thank you to Kadir and Romana for their excellent work and hospitality! Edit : Final impression – Rating reduced from 4 stars to 3 stars I went to the restaurant to get some watermelon, about 15 minutes before closing, only to find that it had already been removed from the buffet. The staff told me they had no watermelon, even though I had seen it there just 15 minutes earlier when I picked up my lunch. To make matters worse, the restaurant manager started speaking to me in Russian instead of English. I honestly don't understand why they assume guests speak Russian. I also requested a breakfast box to take away, but was told this was not offered because the hotel has a 24-hour restaurant. However, I cannot eat breakfast at 5 am and would much prefer to eat around 7 am. For a five-star hotel, not being able to provide a simple breakfast or lunch box for guests who need to leave early is ridiculous. Unfortunately, these experiences have left a bad final impression. I have therefore reduced my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars.

The people at this hotel are incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. All the staff are kind, helpful, and always happy to help. The animation team are absolutely fantastic! We would like to say a big thank you to everyone, especially Ibrahim Bey, who manages the beach area. He always greets us with a smile every morning, is always willing to help, and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Thank you to the whole Crystal Centro team for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

Overall, we had a very good stay at Crystal Centro. The hotel offers a great choice of food, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. There is a good atmosphere throughout the hotel, and we really enjoyed our time here. A couple of things that could perhaps be improved or considered: I think the evening entertainment could start a little earlier, perhaps at 9:00 pm rather than 9:30 pm, and it would be great to see a little more variety in the shows. I also wondered why the live bands were performing in the lobby when the weather was absolutely beautiful and there was no rain forecast. It would have been lovely to enjoy the live music in the open-air theatre instead. But the biggest and most heartfelt shout-out goes to Ali from Guest Relations. I had accidentally left behind a necklace at a hotel in Istanbul, and Ali went far beyond what I could have expected to help me get it back. He contacted the hotel in Istanbul, followed up with them repeatedly, chased them to make sure the necklace was posted to Crystal Centro, and then even contacted the courier company to help ensure it would be delivered before I left Antalya. He spent a considerable amount of time on the phone - waiting to be connected, speaking to different people and following everything up - simply because he understood how important this was to me. The necklace has enormous emotional value to me, so getting it back meant much more than just recovering a lost item. Honestly, without Ali's kindness, patience and persistence, I don't know how I would have managed to get it back. Ali, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your help made a huge difference to me, and I will always remember the kindness you showed me. You are a real credit to the hotel. Fantastic family getaway! The facilities are excellent, the food is great, and the kids' club crew is amazing. Huge thanks to the guest relations team, especially Aiana, for being so helpful and welcoming. We will definitely return!

Impeccable standard and a immensely greater than what I had expected before visiting! My family and I had the most memorable time there; the buffet was of the most utmost elite tier with world wide cuisine and Turkish specialties, all halal included, clean spacious indoor and outdoor pools, private and well looked after beach and pier, snack corners, and drink bars open 24/7 amongst exotic nature with the most attentive, thorough and warm service. We felt ever so welcomed in such a beautiful, paradise like resort and definitely plan to visit again! Highly recommended for any and every family looking to recharge and replenish with a spectacular experience!
