It was so amazing! We arrived on the first day at 8 a.m., and we were allowed straight to breakfast. An hour later, we were allowed into our room. A porter took all our suitcases to the room—what a service! The room was fantastic! It was nice and spacious and certainly enough room for a family of 5; I had never had such a large room before, and on top of that, a very beautiful view from the two balconies we had. The building is very beautiful and well-maintained at the front and back. Inside, it is also very nicely decorated, and the reception is very friendly. You can also sit comfortably in the lobby, a beautiful lounge with plenty of chairs. There were many bars with a wide variety of drinks; there was plenty of choice, even for children. The main restaurant is very beautiful, and there is something different every morning, afternoon, and evening—actually every day: a choice of fruit, many desserts, lots of bread, soups, and many other delicious hot and cold meals. The Italian restaurant was also very tasty, and there was plenty of choice. You could also eat pizza and pasta there at lunchtime. There was also a restaurant at the beach bar where you could get delicious burgers with fries. They served it on a small board, the burger in a bag, and the fries in a basket. The best restaurant was the one that was open 24 hours. You could grab something tasty like a burger there every evening. Every evening, there was a very friendly employee: Orhan, friendly, always smiling, funny, and he would help you if needed. To me, he was the best employee. But all the employees were good; you could see how hard they worked and how much they wanted to make the experience enjoyable for you. You could see the sweat drip from there heads. The were sering you drinks with roller skates on! There are also tasty pastries and ice cream at the coffee bar, and there is another place where you can get delicious waffles, mine pancakes, and churros. What was also great were the swimming pools; an outdoor pool was heated, allowing you to cool off nicely in the warm weather. The indoor pool was also pleasantly heated, which was very handy when it rained. There was also a sauna and steam cabin. The Turkish massage is also very nice to try once. They also had nice slides, and there is a lovely play area with lots of fun water slides. It was also conveniently located close to the beach, which was nice, and the sea was lovely too. The only downside was that the pier wasn't open, but otherwise, everything was good; the best resort I've been to in Turkey, with heated pools, nice bars, and restaurants. The location of the resort was also very nice, close to the sea, on a beautiful street with many shops, and a half-hour drive from Antalya, which is highly recommended for a visit. I would definitely go back here again, and I certainly recommend this amazing hotel! Thanks for the lovely stay, Crystal Centro Resort!

This is not real Turkish hospitality… as we know it !!!! I’m genuinely sorry to write this, but after visiting Turkey 3–4 times for holidays, this experience had absolutely nothing to do with the famous Turkish tourism we’ve always appreciated before. Let’s start with the room — the first one we were given looked like it had been cleaned by a child or someone who couldn’t see properly. Dust everywhere, the TV covered in white film, the lamp hanging by a single wire, and the bed, bathroom, and all surfaces simply filthy. In front of the mirror, where the coffee and kettle were placed, there were hairs, and the cups still had lipstick marks and were wiped with a dirty cloth. Unfortunately, we left the room too fast to take photos. We were moved to another room, which was cleaner, but the service throughout our stay was extremely poor — no smiles, no greetings, everything done with visible reluctance. We’ve stayed in other Crystal Hotels, but this property should not belong to the chain. It’s miles behind in quality. Food: The Chef here really needs training from the Chef at Crystal Paraiso Verde in Belek. The dishes were the same every day — tasteless, greasy, and poorly presented. Food is usually one of the biggest highlights of Turkish resorts, but here it was a total disappointment. Every lunch and dinner was basically meat with sauce — sometimes with rice, sometimes with potatoes or green beans, and that was it. The snack bar was a joke: you could “choose” between a salad, burger, or pizza, and one day there wasn’t even pizza available. One evening we decided to visit the "Italian Restaurant" - the waiter did his best to refuse us to stay there, we were the only ones who made that choice anyway. In the end we gave up on having dinner there and when we were leaving and thanking him, he replied: Actually, I thank you :))) Apparently we were bothering him in some way ..... And finally, the departure morning was the last straw. Our transfer was at 5 a.m. We had asked the day before where we could have breakfast and were told the Lounge Bar (which supposedly works 24/7). In the morning — it was closed. The receptionist again confirmed breakfast was there, but it wasn’t. Then a very rude guy from the lobby bar told us to go to the restaurant. The restaurant was dark, closed off with a red rape : Dont Cross .... We asked again for at least a sandwich for the kids. A “manager” come behide reception reluctantly repeated, “Go to the restaurant.” We went back — same story. Inside, they were just unpacking the bread; everything else was wrapped up and not ready — only cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, waffles, and breadsticks. On the positive side: the pools were large and clean, with plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and around the pool area. The aquapark was great, and the water in the kids’ pool was pleasantly heated. The evening animation was entertaining — one day they organized an Oktoberfest, and it was done really well and professionally. We left not just disappointed but with a bitter feeling of a wasted vacation. This hotel has completely put us off coming back to Turkey — or, as we joked with our friends, at least until we forget this experience.

Amazing Experience! We were a bit worried after reading some of the negative reviews before arriving, but once we got here, we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is wonderful. The food is delicious and very diverse, with so many options to choose from. The staff are friendly and attentive. We’ve been here for two days now, and both days we received a call in our room asking if everything is to our satisfaction — such a thoughtful touch! The room is cleaned very thoroughly, and the housekeeping staff are truly kind people. Honestly, I can’t say a single bad thing about this place. We will definitely come back — and bring our friends with us next time! — Emine Kalkan

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Centro. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, everything was spotless and very well organized. The food was delicious, the pools were crystal clear, and the children’s pool is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen, with different slides and shallow water that’s perfect for kids. The kids’ club is amazing — the staff there organize lovely activities and are so engaged with the children. We also really enjoyed the evening shows. Although the beach is small, it’s clean and well maintained. We loved everything about our stay and were pleasantly surprised to discover such a lovely place. Highly recommended!
