We had a fantastic family holiday at the Crystal Centro hotel — highly recommend it! The animation team was outstanding, offering great activities for both kids and adults. Kids’ animation was a real lifesaver for parents. Our child loved the mini‑club with fun games, creative workshops and cheerful animators. The evening mini‑discos were a big hit — the kids had a blast! We also enjoyed the family shows in the amphitheatre — vibrant and engaging. Sports animation kept us active and entertained: morning yoga with a lovely view; aqua gym in the pool; beach volleyball and bocce; fun pool games. The animators were energetic and friendly — they created a festive atmosphere without being intrusive. On top of that, we appreciated the large pool, kids’ water park, delicious food, clean rooms and helpful staff. Crystal Centro is a perfect choice for a family getaway. We’ll definitely come back! Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful experience!

It was so amazing! We arrived on the first day at 8 a.m., and we were allowed straight to breakfast. An hour later, we were allowed into our room. A porter took all our suitcases to the room—what a service! The room was fantastic! It was nice and spacious and certainly enough room for a family of 5; I had never had such a large room before, and on top of that, a very beautiful view from the two balconies we had. The building is very beautiful and well-maintained at the front and back. Inside, it is also very nicely decorated, and the reception is very friendly. You can also sit comfortably in the lobby, a beautiful lounge with plenty of chairs. There were many bars with a wide variety of drinks; there was plenty of choice, even for children. The main restaurant is very beautiful, and there is something different every morning, afternoon, and evening—actually every day: a choice of fruit, many desserts, lots of bread, soups, and many other delicious hot and cold meals. The Italian restaurant was also very tasty, and there was plenty of choice. You could also eat pizza and pasta there at lunchtime. There was also a restaurant at the beach bar where you could get delicious burgers with fries. They served it on a small board, the burger in a bag, and the fries in a basket. The best restaurant was the one that was open 24 hours. You could grab something tasty like a burger there every evening. Every evening, there was a very friendly employee: Orhan, friendly, always smiling, funny, and he would help you if needed. To me, he was the best employee. But all the employees were good; you could see how hard they worked and how much they wanted to make the experience enjoyable for you. You could see the sweat drip from there heads. The were sering you drinks with roller skates on! There are also tasty pastries and ice cream at the coffee bar, and there is another place where you can get delicious waffles, mine pancakes, and churros. What was also great were the swimming pools; an outdoor pool was heated, allowing you to cool off nicely in the warm weather. The indoor pool was also pleasantly heated, which was very handy when it rained. There was also a sauna and steam cabin. The Turkish massage is also very nice to try once. They also had nice slides, and there is a lovely play area with lots of fun water slides. It was also conveniently located close to the beach, which was nice, and the sea was lovely too. The only downside was that the pier wasn't open, but otherwise, everything was good; the best resort I've been to in Turkey, with heated pools, nice bars, and restaurants. The location of the resort was also very nice, close to the sea, on a beautiful street with many shops, and a half-hour drive from Antalya, which is highly recommended for a visit. I would definitely go back here again, and I certainly recommend this amazing hotel! Thanks for the lovely stay, Crystal Centro Resort!

Honestly we expected a lot more from the reviews that we read online. Rooms - renovated but still lacking proper airconditioning & the sink drainage was not good either. Hallways not ventilated, aircon turned off, felt like a sauna everytime. On top of this, elevators were almost always broken so you had to bear the heat on the hallways. Staff was nice but not so hospitable as we expected, our airconditioning request was not taken care of for example. And other small things in the restaurant. For 5 stars you expect a bit more. Also, don’t expect to have a super relaxing holiday, they have shows until late around 23:00 to 00:00 in the morning with loud music. And the curtains in the room were too small and couldn’t block the light properly. Food was great, won’t complain. Housekeeping was changing the towels very often which was nice. Overall, it was okay but don’t expect anything out of the ordinary. Just trying to be honest because I saw a lot of positive reviews but for us didn’t feel like that.

Hello everyone! I just flew in for a vacation with my family from Russia. We absolutely loved the hotel; everything was top-notch. The room cleaning was always on time, and the rooms were constantly clean and beautiful. We also want to thank the bar team—they made delicious cocktails and provided fast service. And a huge thank you to the animation team! They are very fun and energetic guys who ran great activities. They made our vacation so much better. We will definitely be back this autumn! Highly recommend to everyone.

If you’re planning to come here, you’re in for a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and evenings at the Square Bar are something you shouldn’t miss. Irem and Efkan are fantastic — always helpful, full of positive energy, and they make some of the best cocktails you’ll ever try. The food is another highlight: varied, fresh, and consistently delicious thanks to the talented chefs. And you’ll appreciate how everything is kept clean and comfortable each day, which makes the whole stay even more enjoyable. Altogether, this place offers excellent service, great food, and a friendly vibe. If you’re coming to Turkey, it’s definitely worth choosing this hotel for a memorable stay.
