Really enjoyed my stay at Amari Phuket. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the ocean view from the room was amazing, especially from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with plenty of options, and overall the resort is a really nice place to relax while still being close to Patong. The only thing is that the hotel is quite big, so depending on where your room is, you might need to walk a bit or use the hotel shuttle. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with my wife and 8 year old son, was given 2 single beds pushed together son was sleeping in the middle which would have been uncomfortable for him. The room (1108) was great , although the cleaners could have a little more consistency on times, one day could be 10an next day was at 18.00 which is far to late. All staff were brilliant , always greeting us and smiling. Be aware if you eat at the 2 on site restaurants service charge and VAT is added to the bill. Kids club was good as staff really welcoming , fitness centre small but sufficient. Easy to get around town with apps like bolt & grab. Wasn’t to impressed with the 20 guys drinking beer from glass bottles in the kids pool all day everyday and non stop swearing, whilst staff served them the glass drinks in the pool, I understand they will be spending a lot of money but this is the only pool for children and I don’t want my son listening to that kind of language. Overall great stay , thank you

Excellent stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. I highly recommend booking a Club Room, as the additional benefits and lounge access made the experience even more enjoyable and truly worth the extra cost.

My husband, adult son, and I stayed 4 nights and was thoroughly impressed with everything at Amari Phuket. The check-in process was well-ran, including “Betty” who was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and beautiful. She was especially patient with my lack of understanding and repeated things I needed clarification on. Their “buggy service” was on point. You just dial “0” from your room or lobby, and they’re instantly at your service to get you to and from the lobby. Our condo was near the club, which offered complimentary breakfast (warm order meals and a mini buffet including all the fresh fruit and pastries you can eat). Saturday and Sunday offered complimentary prosecco as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Amari Phuket! The hotel has a beautiful location, great views, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. A special mention to Nok and Tess at the reception — they were extremely warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made the check-in/check-out process smooth and were always happy to assist with any questions or requests. Their friendly attitude really made us feel at home. Overall, we had a great experience at Amari Phuket and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. Would love to stay here again! ❤️
