Great hotel to stay at ❤️ First of all - the staff here is amazing! The reception ladies were so cute with our baby and made us feel very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was helpful and kind. The staff here really embodies the Thai culture of kindness - so thank you for that, keep up the great work. Other than that the hotel is very nice, the room was perfectly clean and specious. It's a few minutes walk to the beach and the main street. Maybe the only thing to consider while traveling with a baby is that you need to leave the stroller at the entrance as there are quite a few stairs to reach the main building (there you have an elevator) - just to note as it's an inconvenience. But honestly, I would still go there for the staff and the great room :)

We had a fantastic stay at Chanalai Flora Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing resort atmosphere that instantly makes you feel on holiday. One of the highlights was the exceptional customer service. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a big difference especially because we had a 5 year old travelling with us. The resort is perfectly located, just a short and easy walking distance to Kata Beach, which made daily beach visits incredibly convenient. The swimming pool is another major plus - spacious, clean, and ideal for both relaxing swims and family time. Overall, the resort offers a wonderful combination of great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. It was a memorable stay, and I would happily return on my next trip to Thailand.

Although this hotel is not directly on the beach, the location could not be better. It is only a short walk away, and the area around it is full of great little shops, cafes, and restaurants. Even though our stay was just one night, we were so impressed by how lovely everything was. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the rooms were spotless, bright, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were cozy, and we even ordered room service which came quickly and was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety, from local dishes to Western comfort food, and both pools were sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing. We were also there during Halloween, and the hotel had fun activities and decorations happening around the resort which made the atmosphere really festive. It might not be a beachfront property, but it truly feels like a resort. Between the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the thoughtful touches I would highly recommend.

We just came back from our vacation that we spent in Chanalai Flora resort. We loved this hotel so much, mainly due to the room cleanliness and nice decor, great pools and first of all, extremly attentive and friendly staff. Really, the people are this hotel's biggest asset: every single staff member we met in the hotel was smiling, waving and ready to strike a friendly conversation. When we asked for something, they arranged it to our satisfaction very fast. However, there were also two things we did not like about this hotel: There was a very unpleasant musty smell coming from the toilet, but I guess in Thailand beach towns this is something that should be expected. Also, the breakfast selection was not very good - both the Thai as well as continental selections were very bland and tasteless. The coffee from their breakfast coffee machines was borderline undrinkable. But those are just minor things, I am happy to give the hotel 5 stars for the overall experience.
