⭐ 3-2-1 Review 😬 3 Things I Liked: *Warm welcome with cold towels and complimentary ice cream on arrival *Friendly and helpful staff who made the stay memorable *Beautiful pool area with a relaxing atmosphere and strong WiFi throughout the property 🤐 2 Observations: *The hotel is located near a main road, but traffic noise is minimal thanks to the hillside location and waterfall sounds *Only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and local activities 🙃 1 Thing to Know: *The buffet surf and turf was disappointing (2/5) and wasn't a highlight of the stay 😃 Personal Experience: This was our favourite place to stay during the trip, largely because of the outstanding staff and the level of care they showed. The arrival experience with cold towels and ice cream was a thoughtful touch, and the elephant towel display on the bed made us smile. The pool was fantastic, the WiFi worked well throughout the property, and the location was excellent for exploring the beach and nearby restaurants. I am honestly blown away by how kind and welcoming all the staff have been during my stay. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and looked after. The rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable, the poolside atmosphere is so much fun, and the breakfast every morning has been absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.. I would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Chanalai Flora Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing resort atmosphere that instantly makes you feel on holiday. One of the highlights was the exceptional customer service. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a big difference especially because we had a 5 year old travelling with us. The resort is perfectly located, just a short and easy walking distance to Kata Beach, which made daily beach visits incredibly convenient. The swimming pool is another major plus - spacious, clean, and ideal for both relaxing swims and family time. Overall, the resort offers a wonderful combination of great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. It was a memorable stay, and I would happily return on my next trip to Thailand.

Although this hotel is not directly on the beach, the location could not be better. It is only a short walk away, and the area around it is full of great little shops, cafes, and restaurants. Even though our stay was just one night, we were so impressed by how lovely everything was. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the rooms were spotless, bright, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were cozy, and we even ordered room service which came quickly and was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety, from local dishes to Western comfort food, and both pools were sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing. We were also there during Halloween, and the hotel had fun activities and decorations happening around the resort which made the atmosphere really festive. It might not be a beachfront property, but it truly feels like a resort. Between the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the thoughtful touches I would highly recommend.

Close to the street with shops. Close to the beach too. Just a little walk. 10 minutes. Rooms were OK. Could need a retouch of painting. Good sizing on balcony. I would come back here. Very helpful reception.
