We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was very clean and fresh. The balcony was spacious and had a clothes rack, which was really convenient. There are three pools in the resort, so it was easy to find a spot to swim. Karon Beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The breakfast had lots of options and was really good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! 😊

We stayed 6 nights at this resort and had a lovely time. Some of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special - they were friendly, helpful and very attentive, so I'd like to mention them personally. Nannie in the pool club restaurant who served us lunch and dinner every day, she was an amazing waitress. Both Salem and Songkran were excellent porters - they offered us many rides in the buggy to help us get around the resort when it was hot and they were very helpful in many ways. The resort helped us out with a late checkout since we had a late departure. The gym is well equipped and the "all inclusive" food and drink option was great value. There were a few things that we felt could be improved upon... we would have preferred to have air conditioning in the restaurants and lobby area. I understand the style was open air, but it was challenging in the heat to stay comfortable for meals or waiting in the lobby. In our room, we didn't like that the bathroom facilities weren't encased within an actual bathroom - the toilet was one room, the shower was another room, the mirror and basin were in the room itself, so there wasn't privacy for coming out of the shower and no fan ventilation. Also, the buffet breakfast was limited in some areas, especially gluten free offerings and healthy options. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd recommend it for the value, location and friendly staff.

This is our third trip to Centara Karon, and our first stay since the resort has undergone its recent renovation. The resort was looking a little tired when we stayed here last time, but what a difference the renovation has made. It has been beautifully renovated from top to bottom, and the whole resort now looks fantastic. The rooms are spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. The buffet breakfast has a great selection, with plenty of both Western and Asian options. We also had room service on one occasion, and the food was beautiful. We ate at one of the resort’s restaurants once as well. While the food was okay, we found it a little generic and, in our opinion, there are better places to eat locally. All in all, we had an amazing stay. Our only slight complaint was that, despite the resort being advertised as fully renovated, there was still some work being carried out around the property. That said, we travelled during the off-season, so perhaps this is something that normally happens during the quieter months. We would highly recommend Centara Karon. It’s a beautiful resort in an amazing location — central to everything, with plenty of shops, restaurants and activity around you, but without being as hectic or crazy as Patong. We’ll would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Amazing Pool Bar Team – Cee & Woon! 🍹☀️ We have had the most amazing time at Centara Karon Beach Phuket, and a huge part of what has made our stay so special has been the fantastic pool bar team, Cee & Woon! ❤️ These two are absolute stars! ⭐️ From the moment we arrived, they have been so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always greet us with a huge smile and make us feel like old friends rather than guests. The drinks have been fantastic 🍹🥂, the service is second to none, and their fun, happy personalities have made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. They somehow manage to remember everyone's favourite drinks and are always checking that we're happy and having a great time. Cee & Woon are a real credit to Centara Karon Beach. Their genuine warmth, excellent service and infectious personalities are exactly what makes a holiday memorable. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better pool bar team and will definitely be looking for them when we return! ❤️ Thank you, Cee & Woon, for making our holiday extra special. We recently stayed at the Centara Karon Resort Phuket and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The room was fine, clean, and felt very safe. One of the highlights was the fantastic breakfast—there was such a great variety of delicious options every morning. As a family, we loved that the resort is so kid-oriented. The swimming pool was a major hit with the children, providing hours of fun and relaxation. I also really appreciated that the resort is located in such a quiet area; it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend the Centara Karon Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Phuket-Karon!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
