We stayed at Centara Karon Resort Phuket for 9 nights with our 4 year old and had a great time. The rooms were spacious, super comfortable and thoroughly cleaned each day. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast spread was also really good. You get three pools to pick from: our daughter loved the waterslides and the kids pool. The kids club was a huge win. The staff, especially Bettie, Aki and Sasha, were great with her. It makes a big difference when your child is genuinely excited to go to the kids club. The activities kept her busy and happy, which gave us some time to relax. The location is excellent. You can walk to the beach and there are plenty of authentic Thai places to eat nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

This hotel really is amazing. The staff is super attentive. They utilize an app which makes service easier. Staff escorts you to your room upon check in and provides a tour of the amenities. The pool is lovely with their swim up bar. The location is great with many restaurants nearby. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away too. The unique thing about our room compared to other hotels is that the toilet and shower are separated as well as the sink, which is great for privacy but there is no space in the shower for the towel. There are a couple of stray cats that are super social. One of them lounges on the day bed at entry: his name is Beans. Guests seem to love saying hi to him. He’s quite small and skinny so I hope future guests and maybe the hotel can give him food.

Our family spent a wonderful holiday at Centara Karon Resort Phuket from 26 November to 6 December, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the amazing team of children’s animators. They were, without a doubt, the best animators we have ever met! Our kids ran to the kids’ club every day with great excitement. The animators were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They created an atmosphere of fun, friendship, and safety, and we always felt confident that our children were in excellent hands. The program was very diverse: creative workshops, outdoor games, dancing, mini-disco — every day offered something new and exciting. We especially want to highlight the team’s warmth and genuine care. They approached each child individually, helping them open up, feel comfortable, and have fun. Thanks to them, our children gained many bright memories and new friends, and we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing holiday. A huge thank you to the entire kids’ animation team! We had a wonderful experience at the kids club house at the hotel. The team there made our child feel safe, happy, and completely engaged. The staff Bettie, Sasha and Aki were especially attentive and caring, taking the time to connect with my little one and make their activities both fun and educational. Their professionalism and kindness gave us complete peace of mind while our little one enjoyed every moment. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and filled with cheerful energy. We truly appreciate the effort and heart that the staff put into creating such a welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and perfect for families. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. It really felt like staying with family — thank you for making our time here so special! All the kid club staff very friendly kim and Tangkwa they’re was so nice and sweet with the kids every time we come to kid club, Aki he was very kind and always entertain the kids to join activities. Sasha and Betty also very sweet and kind the kids are have making cupcakes activities with them the kids love it and very enjoyable they time together. Good and very recommended for every family .
