+ Great location, seafront on best part of the beach, near to the town. + Evening market open Mon, Thurs, Friday located just 30 seconds from the hotel. + Numerous spacious pools, no problems with sunchairs or umbrellas. + Lovely gardens with lots of plants and well-maintained premesis. + Several massage areas, serenly located in the gardens. + Great breakfast (great coffee, not crowded, both soft and crispy bacon) + Happy and friendly staff. + Modern room with pool view, balcony and sofa area. - No elevator to access our room on 3rd floor. - Food and coctails at beachfront restaurant was mediocre, but well priced. Paid ~€230 per night Feb 2026 which was ok value for money. As an adult only hotel, most people staying were 50+ which made for a quiet atmosphere. Honestly staying anywhere else on Kamala would have been dissapointing, there is not much going on and even the 5-star hotels are remotely located in the north of the beach and require crossing a busy highway, Sunprime really had the perfect location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunprime Kamala Beach and can’t wait to come back! The location is unbeatable, literally steps from the beach with direct access to the sand. We could spend many evenings just chilling on the loungers watching those incredible sunsets over the Andaman Sea. Kamala itself feels relaxed and not too crowded, and it’s only a quick 5-10 minute walk to tons of great local restaurants, cafes, and little shops. The staff were honestly the highlight. Everyone from the pool guys to the reception team was so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, nothing felt fake or over the top, just proper Thai hospitality that made us feel really welcome. We really appreciated the fitness classes and gym setup too. It’s tough to stay active on holiday sometimes, but the classes were super well-organized, fun and kept us moving without feeling like a chore. The whole place looks amazing – beautiful tropical gardens, everything super clean and well-maintained, spacious rooms, and that calm vibe everywhere. You can tell they put real effort into keeping it looking pristine. Only tiny downside was the WiFi – the free one was VERY slow, and upgrading felt a bit pricey for what it was. But honestly, we were on holiday so we didn’t let it bother us much – just downloaded stuff offline when needed. All in all, fantastic adults-only beachfront spot in Kamala. Relaxing, well-run, beautiful location – 100% recommend if you’re after chill vibes and great service. We’ll definitely be back

We had a great 3 week stay at this hotel. The place was clean and tidy the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. The pool boys Jay and Lloyd were great fetching you food and drinks. The reception staff were also very knowledgeable answer any questions we asked. I would like to give special thanks to Hilda who had her work cut out trying to teach me the Thai language. Also Tanya who always had the biggest smile. Also Tanya I hope you get that big diamond.

Everything was perfect. The location is great, it’s right on the beach but close to the main action. Rooms were clean and spacious with great views. Helpful and responsive staff. A beautifully maintained property with lots of nature. Great value for money, will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel to stay in Kamala. Room was very spacious and quiet. Very well kept and clean. Loved the adults only. It was perfect for a relaxing stay and easy walking distance to restaurants. Right on beach and very central location.
