Although the front of the resort is under construction, it was quiet and the rooms were large, and spotless. It's a large property so, lots of walking in a pleasant atmosphere. No complaints.

Warning! Unprincipled cash extortion and fake claims Stayed here in August 2026. Extremely dishonest and predatory management. At checkout, front desk claimed missing pool towels that were simply left on pool sunbeds within the resort. They exploited my rush to the airport to demand compensation for lost towel , then changing their penalty price randomly (from 500 to 600, finally I left 1,000THB and refused to pay anymore)Housekeeping refused to check CCTV or pool area to verify my statement. What makes this truly disgusting is that I treated their property with the utmost respect: I cleaned and packed all trash, folded towels into the dirty laundry basket, and left the room completely spotless and tidy before checking out. Yet, my decency was met with shameless extortion. I even sent an official email to the management to resolve this reasonably, but they completely ignored it because they knew they couldn't justify their actions. DO NOT STAY HERE. Oh, wow! So I finally get a response from you here! It seems replying publicly on Google Maps is much higher priority than responding to my official email, which you completely ignored. Since you mentioned towel policies, let me ask you directly: Where did all the towels collected daily by your pool staff from the sunbeds actually go?Your attendants clear sunbeds every day and send towels straight back to the laundry.Doesn't the laundry room ever wonder why they have so many "extra" beach towels? I explicitly provided you with the EXACT time and specific location of the sunbeds and demanded that you check the CCTV footage to prove that the towel was left right there on the sunbeds—so why did you REFUSE? If this charge was truely “in accordance with hotel policy” 1.Why did the front desk randomly change the compensation amount on the spot? 2.Why did you refuse to check the CCTV despite being given exact details? 3.Why did management ignore my official email seeking a fair review?

Nai Yang Park Resort offers affordable prices, friendly front desk staff, and an environment that feels like being outdoors in a tropical garden. The breakfast quality is decent, though one drawback is that a guest was smoking at the outer seating area during breakfast. The main limitation is that the space feels a bit cramped. Overall, it's great value for the price.

Everything is great regarding the hotel. The location is okay: Spa, 7-11, local market. However, there is a lack of entertainment in the area. Everything is in the north part of the island. Better rent a motorcycle rather than a car.
