We had superior room near the pools and nice fish pond just front of the room. It was nice. Brekfast ok, but not super. Pools are awesome. In the biggest pool you can swim a long way. On the beach you have to walk few hundred meeters and beach was very full so we take sun on the pools witch was very nice. We really like this hotel.

First time in kata beach so didn’t really know where to stay. This hotel only looked nice on website. It’s old, out dated and needs cleaning and maintenance updates. Huge facilities and one small old elevator. Far from front desk depending on the location of room. Some parts of pool was dirty. Rooftop pool is small but clean compared to main pool. Old, thin towels. Bed and pillows are not comfortable, painful stiff neck and shoulder.Staffs are not very helpful. Oh most important, don’t forget your room key. They will not issue you an other key, instead they will send a house keeping person to go into your room to get a key.(without myself present) For whatever the reason,issuing you an other key is something they can not do. Front desk staffs may sound sweet but basically no information or can’t help you. At breakfast, plates and coffee cups were dirty, stained. Watermelon is good.. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Yes it is about 10min walk to the beach but weather here is always hot and humid so I suggest spend a little more and stay at the beach front hotels please! It is not worth it to stay in this unfriendly , old, inconvenient place. A day after I checked into this hotel and used my credit card to paid, i started to get fraud alert notifications. Same happened to my friend. We used credit card for hotel room charges only but a day later we both started to get fraud charges. Not saying anything to do with this hotel but I thought it was weird. What a coincidence???

Just spent 2 weeks here and I can honestly say it is a great hotel. From check in to departure every staff member was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was great, huge bed and lovely bathroom with a large shower. It was cleaned every day and plenty of bed changes. Pool towels were easily changed each day. If you miss the 5.30 change with the maid, just mention to reception and by the time we came back from dinner clean ones were there. We did not use the pool much as I prefer the beach but they were set in lovely gardens and never seemed that busy. There was also a roof top pool. The beach was about a 10 minute easy walk away . The location is great. Very central and lots of restaurants around. It is currently having some renovation work done but that was not an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, plentyful and lots of choice. There was nothing I could complain about and would definitely return.

So many better options than this place. The front desk staff is not friendly or professional. The breakfast selection is good but the food quality is poor. The room smells moldy. The floor needs to be mopped and properly cleaned. The towels are old and need to be replaced. Overall it’s a disappointment and we definitely won’t be staying here again.

A really nice alternative to other plastic international style hotels in the area. In this hotel everything teminds that you are in thailand with its themed decorations and pool with luxurious vegetation around. Family favorit was the riverlike pool. Very kind staff. Restaurants with good food at affordable price.
