We enjoyed our 4-night stay at Orchidacea very much! The room was a very good size and was modern, no complaints there at all. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The pool was great, never too busy, but a good vibe and perfect for sunbathing. We made good use of the gym too, which is pretty decent. Breakfast was ok, we’re happy with just some toast and croissants, but we weren’t blown away like we were at somewhere we stayed in Koh Samui. The food at the pool and restaurant was very good though. It’s really well positioned with some great restaurants not too far away. I would maybe consider staying in one of the hotels actually on the bay of Kata Noi next time as the vibe was much nicer that way compared to Kata. One thing to note, there are a lot of steps up to the hotel rooms. We’re in our 20s and fit, so it wasn’t an issue, but if you have any mobility issues the. Definitely check what options they have before booking!

The hotel staff are amazing, breakfast is very good with a huge selection to choose from, the pool area is great and food and drinks good but slow. Rooms are small but with balconies that have fantastic views of the mountains and the beach. There is no lifts although the staff carry your bags to your room.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, and the staff are amazing. My Daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights and loved every mintue, ideal location although it does have steps up to reception and to the rooms but there is a services to be taken to your room via an vehicle. There is a free shuttle service to and from the beaches but never used it as we like to walk and discover the area we are staying. We did have a thai massage are the hotel which was just what we needed, a little different from massages in the UK but definitely did the trick and would go back again. There is a lovely outdoor pool play area and pool table are under cover. Would definitely recommend this hotel

For us it was the best choice to stay in Orchidacea Resort hotel. We really value waking up to beautiful views and amazing service. Only thing is that there is no elevator so you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the top. But there's a small car to bring you up with your luggage and whenever you don't feel like climbing up yourself. The staff in this hotel in unbelievably helpful. My husband got sick one night around 2am and they found us a doctor to visit in the room. Also its such a clean hotel we chose to dine here multiple times. Something i didnt see in other hotels, they have what'sup and you can contact them with whatever you need. They take really good care of you and i would definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

Orchidacea. You did not dissapoint. From the minute we arrived we had a fantastic stay and would return in a heartbeat to which we are already looking to do. We arrived and the smile on my wife's face said it all. I bought this holiday for her 60th Birthday and I was delighted it did not dissapoint. The rooms were very modern, spacious, clean, bed was super comfortable and to top it off we had a great view. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice to meet individual tastes. Pool and surrounding area in resort was amazing ( More so when it was lit up at night )with a bar ready to top your drinks up should it be alcohol or soft drinks, lunch menu was amazing and a healthy choice. Prices were excellent also. Plenty sunloungers for you and a very relaxed area for couples or families. This hotel was also just 5 minutes from various bars and restaurants for you to indulge in local food to European and it also did not dissapoint. Tuks Tuks a plenty and fun to use should you want to see the sights around Phuket. We used one to go to Bangla Rd at Patong beach. Now that area is a must to experience. An eye opener if I've ever seen one. 🙈🤣🤣 Special mention for Zel at reception. She was amazing and always had a smile on her face and was very informative should we have had any questions in regards as to where to go. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
