Absolutely beautiful place to stay, and the staff are amazing. My Daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights and loved every mintue, ideal location although it does have steps up to reception and to the rooms but there is a services to be taken to your room via an vehicle. There is a free shuttle service to and from the beaches but never used it as we like to walk and discover the area we are staying. We did have a thai massage are the hotel which was just what we needed, a little different from massages in the UK but definitely did the trick and would go back again. There is a lovely outdoor pool play area and pool table are under cover. Would definitely recommend this hotel

For us it was the best choice to stay in Orchidacea Resort hotel. We really value waking up to beautiful views and amazing service. Only thing is that there is no elevator so you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the top. But there's a small car to bring you up with your luggage and whenever you don't feel like climbing up yourself. The staff in this hotel in unbelievably helpful. My husband got sick one night around 2am and they found us a doctor to visit in the room. Also its such a clean hotel we chose to dine here multiple times. Something i didnt see in other hotels, they have what'sup and you can contact them with whatever you need. They take really good care of you and i would definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

Best value for money. the view is great and the breakfast is fine too. service was great and the room was clean. As many pointed out, the way to your room is stairway, it didnt feel comfortable watching Russian old ladies climb up the stairs. 80% Russian/Western guests, 10-15% Chinese/Asian.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and felt brand new. Most importantly, the food was incredibly delicious! The location is perfect — close to cultural attractions, beautiful temples, and stunning beaches with crystal-clear water. Truly a five-star experience in every way!

Great location to access Kata Beach or Kata Noi Beach. About 10 min walking for both. You get a welcome drink when you arrive. Staff are friendly, rooms are decent with working AC, there is a pool with a pool bar, pool table, gym, and massage services available. There is a bit of a view to Kata Beach. There is a free shuttle to both beaches. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping was very prompt if they got a call. Overall great choice. Would return. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which is quite good and has live music.
