I stayed with my family in this hotel from 02.01.26 to 15.01.26. We were astonished with top excellence we faced here. The hotel is very well located on the sea shore, views are amazing! Rooms are spacious, tidy, comfortable, well organized, with A/C, cleaned every day. Common areas are arranged in really nice way, swimming pools are big and clean, sun beads are available for everyone. Breakfast is delicious, full of food of many kinds, fresh fruits and variety of drinks. The stuff is extremelly kind and helpful. Everybody, starting from gardeners and maintenance, housekeeping through restaurant service personel to reception desk stuff and front door stuff are absolutely wonderful. I do not know names of all of them but I will remember their kindness and joyful smiles. Special thanks to staff member Daniel who was very supportive during our stay, explained organization of the hotel at our arrival and was checking from time to time if we need anything. Once our 7-years old son got sick Daniel expressed his compassion and readiness to provide any help. It was wanderful to communicate with him in our mother toungue so far from home. Addional advantage of the hotel is massage service available in the hotel. We leave Phuket and Thailand with beautiful memories from BWP Bangtao, with the experience of excellent customer service we received here. We recommend stay in this hotel to everyone travelling to this area and we hope to come back here in the nearest future. Thank you very much!

Just been for three week stay. Has an amazing time….new years eve celebrations first class….Joanna was an amazing master of ceremonies. The staff in the hotel all fantastic… from being greeted when we arrived by Golf who throughout the stay was always courteous and helpful. The staff in restaurants were always very helpful, but especially Phet, who we became very fond of. Can’t rate our experience more favourably as everything and everyone amazing thanks Carole and Clive

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were delicious, with plenty of choices every day. The spa was excellent – very relaxing and professional. Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. A special thank you to Tes at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Wonderful hotel in convinient location! Mainly it depends on crew! First man we met is doorman Golf, outstanding person, his smile and polite attitude is charming, he helped us with all issues connected with shopping, excursion, pharmacy and etc. Another very kind person is front desk manager Daniel, he is always ready to help you to solve any issue and to give right advice. All crew from front desk to room service, kitchen and security are very polite and highly professional specialist who can make your vacation unfogettable! Quiet and cozy place close to all recreation and shopping points. Direct entrance to Bangtao beach is so comfotable! We visited this hotel in October 2025 and our whole family is grateful for all crew! 👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️ With lot of thanks and respect from Qazaqstan 🇰🇿👍👍👍

Really nice beachfront location with massive length of beach access directly onto bangtao beach. Excellent restaurants & bars nearby. The on site restaurant also nice, excellent breakfast & lunch offerings. Rooms are very well laid out & appointed. Only drawback is on the further back blocks (4&5) there's no lift so definitely check that when booking!
