We loved this hotel. The location is excellent: everything is close by and the sea is just a few steps away. The staff are friendly and responsive — they quickly helped with any request. The food was great: we had breakfast and dinner, enjoyed both, with a good selection and tasty dishes. Special shout‑out to the bar — the cocktails were fantastic. Our room was well-kept and cozy; housekeeping was meticulous and daily, and we were often treated to cute towel animals. We booked a sea-view room — the view was breathtaking. The property has great facilities, and everything is set up for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it and would happily return.

This resort is in the perfect location. One minute walk from Kata beach. The beach view rooms overlooking pool B are incredible. It is a massive resort and we took two elevators and a walk to get to our room or else there are lots of stairs. Lovely welcome drink and ice cream at check in. The pools are nice, we always got a lounge chair. The pool bars do blast music all day which sometimes gets annoying if you want quiet time. Well equipped gym. Great for the rainy days. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nice touch having a smart tv if you want a movie night. Walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. Only downside was the random house keeping times. Some days they didn't clean our room until after 5pm when we were wanting to rest/get ready to go out. Even when we had our sign flipped all day to clean. They did an excellent job though. Top marks for location.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the sea view room. The location is nice with easy access to beach. The room we stayed in was clean , spacious and had a great view with balcony. Staff was amazing and was immediately available for help. The pool area is beautiful and they host events on certain days by the poolside. The street in where the hotel located has lot of eateries, shops, spas etc. All the amenities as expected was available in the room. Overall a nice stay!

I had an excellent stay at Chanalai Garden Resort. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One thing that really impressed me was the service. I had a small issue late at night around 10:30 pm, and within a minute of calling, the staff were at my door and sorted it out straight away, truly unbelievable service! The gym facilities were also very good, well equipped, and clean, which made my stay even better. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great food, fantastic service, and wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests. I would definitely stay here again!

A role model from the hotel supervisor. I’ve grievances that was attended by the supervisor and she shows her sincerity by listening to every detail and for that i truly appreciate by her impeccable service. The housekeeping staff, the room service staff and not to forget the cafe staff has all shows deep courtesy and care in ensuring my stay here a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel facilities are well equipped and the rooms and its external surroundings are clean and the food is extremely delicious eventhough is not halal, the club sandwich is the bomb and i truly enjoy every bits of it. The hotel itself has lots of shops nearby and is only a stone throw away. Lastly please give recognition to this front desk supervisor who is very attentive showing much compassion. She is truly a gem.
