I have stayed at Centara twice now. The amazing service by staff everyday is unmatched, without doubt the best group of people, can have a laugh but are the most respectful staff you will ever meet. A few people to shout out is Aoy, Gift, Coach, Kla, Ton and Wut. They have been recognisable since the day we got here, being so kind and respectful, every morning having a conversation with each of them has been a highlight. They are amazing people but also so spot on with their service around breakfast and the rest of the hotel. The continental buffet breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 every morning is insane. Food is amazing, could never complain. They keep the same main aspects of breakfast but change a few different things like drink options and a few different food options without making breakfast overwhelming, it is part of our daily routine. The resort itself also runs activities, having cabaret dancers come and perform during dinner one night, my family members did a thai cooking class with one of the chefs here and that was an amazing experience, and happy hour everyday in the poolside bars. Room cleaning service everyday is great, I haven't had a single complaint about that. There is also many pools, even a gym around the resort, all of them clean and well kept. The resort is in a great place in Kata, being close to the beach and a cool night market around the corner. There is plenty of well-known phuket experiences and activities that are close to the resort, and their shuttle bus system most days to Kata beach makes this place so great. Keeps everything so accessible and easy for big families like my own. Love this place, no complaints. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay with fantastic service. The staff made the stay extremely enjoyable. Food was delicious. Special mention to Ohm, Gub Gib, Kla, Mark and Wut who were extremely hospitable and made our time there so special. Happy hour every day with buy one get one free drinks. Delicious cocktails 3 pools inc Adult only pool Themed nights including bbq and Thai buffet Would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay here. Thankyou to Wut for his pool service and Coach was amazing too. Coach remembered everything about us and was really personable in his service. Kla was my son’s favourite at breakfast each morning. All the staff were awesome! We had a great package and the weather minus one day in our 9 day stay was perfect! We stayed in July! Way less crowded! The beach was a 10 minute walk with our two children 11 and 13. I will miss my morning omelettes and happy hour cocktails. Thankyou

This resort I stayed at for 2 days was a really good choice, When we arrived at 1am due to our delayed flight there was someone there who happily served us and didn’t complain. The price was quite cheap when we booked it 2 days before and it had pools one with a slide and volleyball net keeping most kids entertained for hours but there is another one thats is more quiet. I also thought the breakfast was good with it being filled with many options. Also got to play ping pong and darts before heading back to the room with a bidet, bottled water and cool and efficient aircon. The only problem with this place is that some areas can be a bit of a walk to such as the markets but apart from that I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in June. Absolutely great place for families. Pools kept the kids entertained for hours, buffet breakfast was exceptional and the staff were all amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Rooms were nice, cool, clean and had everything we needed. Couldnt fault it and we will be back.
