The hotel is located in a perfect location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are excellent, and the overall service quality is very good. The staff are highly professional and maintain a high standard of hospitality. The room service team deepika and meera did a fabulous job in making our stay more comfortable and refreshing every day. However, at times this professionalism can feel a little less accommodating. For example, during breakfast they did not allow us to pack a small portion of food for our baby, who was not willing to eat at that moment. A bit more flexibility in such situations would have been appreciated. Not very kid friendly other than a small kids zone. No indoor games and all. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great rooms, service, and location.

Our stay at Anantara was nothing short of spectacular, the kind of place that makes you briefly consider “accidentally” missing your flight home. The entire team was genuinely warm, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead of us. Special thanks to Shamsher, Jassi, and Jayant from room service, who seemed to possess magical timing. Whether it was transforming the room into a serene nighttime sanctuary or making everything spotless while we blinked, they made sure our space always matched the mood of the day. I’m still not entirely sure how they did it so seamlessly. And then there was Kenneth, the superhero of departures. The moment we stepped into the lobby, he swooped in to rescue us (and our overpacked luggage) with a smile. He made our goodbye smooth, efficient, and almost pleasant, which is impressive considering no one actually wants to leave. All in all, an amazing stay with a team that turns great hospitality into an art form. We’ll definitely be back, preferably sooner rather than later.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The service is impeccable, and every single member of staff has gone above and beyond during our stay, particularly Rhea and Jeffrey. We were a 10 minute walk from the Business Bay metro, so getting round was really easy. We had a pool view room which had everything you could possibly need during your stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The reception team was especially impressive — efficient, friendly, and made both check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The lobby bar deserves special mention for its wonderful atmosphere. The mood, music, and overall vibe created the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the evening in style. Overall, it was a flawless stay, and I highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I will certainly be returning again.
