Anantara Downtown Hotel The hotel is in a perfect location, and the rooms were excellent—exceptionally neat with very high-quality bathroom facilities. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome with hot towels and Arabic coffee. The service quality across the board was very good, and I would like to specifically commend the following team members for their outstanding hospitality: - Housekeeping: Deepika and Meera did a fabulous job with our room service, making our stay comfortable and refreshing every day. - The Spa: I had a wonderful 90-minute massage with Brina. She is highly skilled, and the clean, relaxing atmosphere of the spa—along with the thoughtful tea service—made for a great experience. - Reception and Security: All the staff at reception were kind, and I especially enjoyed interacting with the friendly and charming security and entrance teams. - Dining: The food at the restaurant was a highlight of my stay; I was very well-fed and truly enjoyed the meals provided. While the staff is highly professional, I did encounter a situation where a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated. During breakfast, we were not permitted to take a small portion of food to go. Additionally, I felt the hotel could be more kid-friendly; beyond the small kids' zone, there was a lack of indoor games or activities for children. We had a lovely stay at Anantara. Everything was great, from the service to the overall experience. The staff were very kind and attentive, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We had an overall excellent stay at the Anantara downtown dubai. We stayed in the luxury suite which was very spacious and the kids had lots of space to play. As I was here to complete my 10 year gold visa, the location was great to quickly get to my appointments. We also enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon as the weather was too hot during the day. Biggest compliments go out to Manish (the GM) and his team. The staff was absolutely amazing. At the ziya restaurant, Miss Dihara served us throughout our stay with great and very individual service. Mr. Jura was our driver on several occasions, which we enjoyed very much. Miss Deepika was our housekeeping cleaner, and I must say we have never had a cleaner and organized room as we did here. This is a special compliment as we, especially the kids, manage to create a disaster on a daily occasion.. :)... Thank you to everyone who made this a very memorable holiday and I can guarantee we will be back.. all the best, Andy, Annette, Sophia and Zoe

Amazing greeting and catering service when first entering. The building itself is very sleek and modern. All types of services possibly needed are provided. The staff is incredibly sweet and professional,even while handling misconduct or minor problems. More specifically, a staff member called Maria was incredibly warm and helpful, even throughout figuring out a minor issue with our 2 day stay. The thoughfulness of the team extends even throughout the food provided. As in the breskfast buffet, a gluten free was set up and all foods had a clear list of the possible allergies in it. The clear effort to maintain a sustainable environment is almosst palpable because of how much of an effort they are making. This is an amazing experience that my family and i would recommend to anyone looking to have a fantastic vacation or simply a worry-free stay. A huge thanks to the incredible staff once again!
