This was our second stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, and once again the experience was outstanding. In fact, this visit has made us already look forward to planning many more stays in the future. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued. The resort offers a beautiful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a truly relaxing experience. One thing we especially appreciated was the exceptional guest care shown by the team. As Indian vegetarians, we initially found limited vegetarian options, but the team went above and beyond to arrange special dishes for us. This thoughtful gesture and personalized service made our stay even more memorable and demonstrated genuine care for guest satisfaction. A special appreciation to all the support staff who were always warm, responsive, and eager to help with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication added a personal touch that made a real difference. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay. Excellent hospitality, excellent service, and truly outstanding guest care. Highly recommended — and we are already planning to come back again.

Fantastic family getaway with great service! We recently stayed at Anantara The Palm with our family and had a wonderful time. If you are planning a visit, I highly recommend booking one of the lagoon access or view rooms—they are spacious, comfortable, and staying in the lagoon villas allowed us to enjoy a sense of privacy even when the resort was very busy. A huge thank you to the incredible restaurant staff who made our stay special. A special shout-out to Nica and Emil at The Beach House for their friendly service, and to Emilio at Crescendo, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We celebrated a friend’s birthday during our stay, and the service was lovely. We also want to extend our gratitude to the F&B Director, Grecia, for her wonderful assistance in helping us organize the birthday celebration. While we had a great stay, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better. The Kids Club and the children’s play area at the restaurant are in need of renovation. Additionally, while the rooms were generally clean, we did notice that the carpets in our room were full of cat hair, which needs more attention. Lastly, we felt that the pool area definitely needs more sunbeds and umbrellas to accommodate the number of guests. Overall, it is a beautiful property with a fantastic team, and we really appreciated the hospitality. We look forward to seeing these improvements in the future!
