We had a fantastic stay at Andaz Palm by Hyatt during our honeymoon. The hotel was extremely clean, the location on the Palm was perfect being so close to Nakheel Mall, and the Level 14 pool and gym facilities were a real highlight. The valet service was also excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was very impressive with a huge range of quality options to choose from each morning. A big thank you as well to Keane at reception/concierge. He was incredibly helpful on arrival, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very welcome straight away. His professionalism and friendly manner immediately put all of our concerns at ease and made the start of our stay seamless. Truly excellent service and a great reflection of the hotel. Thanks again, Keane!

We had breakfast today with our friends at the restaurant in Andaz Dubai The Palm. We liked the design of the venue, which is modern, stylish, and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly doing their best to assist guests throughout the morning. However, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. The variety of food available was limited compared to what we expected, and the restaurant did not appear to be well organised for the number of guests present. There did not seem to be adequate preparation to accommodate guests comfortably, which resulted in delays and a less relaxed dining experience. The staff worked hard and remained professional, but it was difficult for them to ensure the comfort of all guests given how busy the restaurant was. The food itself was average and acceptable, although it was not particularly memorable. Thank you to the staff for their efforts and service. With better organisation and preparation during busy periods, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. My stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spotless, and feels far beyond a regular 5-star experience. The atmosphere, facilities, location, and attention to detail were all outstanding. But the real reason this stay became unforgettable was because of the reception staff member, Sultan. Honestly, if there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I would give it to this hotel because of him alone. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was fully comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. His professionalism, kindness, respect, and genuine care for guests are on another level. It’s rare to meet someone who can completely change your hotel experience in such a positive way. Sultan is truly a huge asset to this hotel. Thank you for making my stay special — I will definitely come back again.

SIX STARS!! Our first time in Dubai and we absolutely loved it! We were truly impressed by the warm welcome from the hotel, the incredible attention to detail, and the exceptional cleanliness throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job and made us feel extremely comfortable. We would also like to sincerely thank the reception team, especially Ranhijay, Preet and Sultan for their kindness and professionalism. A very special mention goes to the restaurant team, especially the Head Chef, who personally came to greet us during dinner and made sure everything was perfect. We loved to see that level of care and attention. We also want to thank the lovely hostess who welcomed us every morning and evening at the restaurant entrance! We unfortunately do not know her name, but we were staying in room 911 and she will surely remember us. Her smile and kindness made us feel very welcome. The pool team on the 14th floor also deserves recognition for the amazing cocktails and the service. And of course, the rooftop view is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you to the entire staff for your continuous hospitality and availability, which made our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely come back!
