We had a fantastic stay at Andaz Palm by Hyatt during our honeymoon. The hotel was extremely clean, the location on the Palm was perfect being so close to Nakheel Mall, and the Level 14 pool and gym facilities were a real highlight. The valet service was also excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was very impressive with a huge range of quality options to choose from each morning. A big thank you as well to Keane at reception/concierge. He was incredibly helpful on arrival, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very welcome straight away. His professionalism and friendly manner immediately put all of our concerns at ease and made the start of our stay seamless. Truly excellent service and a great reflection of the hotel. Thanks again, Keane!

We had breakfast today with our friends at the restaurant in Andaz Dubai The Palm. We liked the design of the venue, which is modern, stylish, and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly doing their best to assist guests throughout the morning. However, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. The variety of food available was limited compared to what we expected, and the restaurant did not appear to be well organised for the number of guests present. There did not seem to be adequate preparation to accommodate guests comfortably, which resulted in delays and a less relaxed dining experience. The staff worked hard and remained professional, but it was difficult for them to ensure the comfort of all guests given how busy the restaurant was. The food itself was average and acceptable, although it was not particularly memorable. Thank you to the staff for their efforts and service. With better organisation and preparation during busy periods, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

Our stay at Andaz Family Suites by Hyatt was wonderful. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and perfect for families. The pool was spotless, clean and very well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious food and beverages, catering to different tastes. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality—the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and always ready to help. A special mention to Keane from the Front Office, who provided delightful customer service during check-in. Aman, the Night Shift Manager, who was extremely supportive and Ashish, who assisted us efficiently during both check-in and check-out. Their professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway.

This was our first time at the hotel and it didn't disappoint. The rooms and facilities were great. Very well kept. We were here for two weeks so got to know a lot of the staff who work tirelessly without complaint. Kashif at front foyer was really helpful and friendly guy. No job a problem. The rooftop pool was so relaxing and sunka made sure everyone was catered for. The food was really good so well done to chef Gopal and his staff who were all friendly and helpful. Special mention to Shallu who always made sure we had coffee and chatted to us every day. Also Ushan,Anna and Jenny. We have been going to dubai for a number of years and always find the hospitality to be the best than anywhere we have been.

Coming from Australia (long flight!!) we had a wonderful stay at Andaz! The hotel itself is beautiful, with great rooms, excellent facilities, friendly staff and a lovely beach and pool. Everything was honestly great! We travelled as a family, and our daughter absolutely loved the pool, Mickey mouse pancakes for breakfast and the mall so close to the hotel! The breakfast was great! The location on Palm Jumeirah was great also! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
