Could not recommend more!! I was a bit apprehensive as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler, and this was not our first choice hotel after several other hotels were fully booked… but we had an incredible stay! The resort is the perfect size, compact but cleverly laid out and gorgeous to walk around. Its hilarious at nap times watching all the dads do the nap laps. The (several) pools, splash pad, kids club (indoor, outdoor and on the beach) and beach area itself are all spot on. So much to keep kiddos of all ages entertained. The staff are all genuinely so friendly and can’t do more to try to help you. You are a bit out of town, it’s a 15-20 min drive, but there are multiple great local restaurants a very short walk along the beach so you don’t need to go far. The hotel also offer a shuttle to the night market. The restaurants at the hotel are all excellent but they are about double what you pay at a local place, although for what you get that felt reasonable and we made use of both. I am going to seriously miss watching the sunset at the beach bar, happy hour there was glorious. Thank you so much!

Perfect for our relaxing vacation The property is super well maintained and must give a great credit to GM, Khun Simon and his team. There are so many activities onsite eg. SUP board, surfing, canoe, tennis, padel etc. The service is extremely amazing, we were so spoiled by Khun Ing, Khun Oak and Khun QQ and thank you very much to all of the staffs who take a good care of us. The room is super clean and spotless. Comfy bed with premium bed sheets…love it!!!! Many choices of breakfast selection and good quality especially the section of the mini cake that I can try all type of pastries in small bites, cool idea to avoid food waste!! Great job team, we will be back again.

A Beautiful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Avani+ Khao Lak and were impressed by the resort as a whole. The property is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Our Pool Access room was lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the convenience of having direct access to the pool. The facilities, surroundings, and overall atmosphere were all beautifully presented and made the resort a wonderful place to relax and unwind. What truly stood out throughout our stay was the service from the entire team. The Bellman and receptionist deserves a special mention. Every Bellman we encountered was incredibly efficient, attentive, and always ready to assist. They were quick, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. The Housekeeping team was equally wonderful. Whenever we requested anything extra, they responded promptly and brought it to us with a lovely smile. These small touches made us feel genuinely well taken care of. We were also very impressed by the restaurant team. Even when the restaurant was busy and full of guests, the staff remained consistently cheerful, welcoming, and attentive. Their smiles and positive attitude never seemed to disappear, even during the busiest periods, which really stood out to us. There was only one issue that affected our stay. Our Pool Access room was a connecting room, and unfortunately, the adjoining room had a young child who was crying throughout much of the night. As a result, we were unable to get much sleep. We completely understand that this was beyond the hotel’s control and was simply an unfortunate circumstance. We also understand that connecting rooms cannot be completely soundproof. However, the noise did have quite a significant impact on our rest, particularly as we had a long drive ahead of us after checking out. What we appreciated most was how the hotel responded once we contacted the team. We were kindly offered a late check-out, which allowed us to get some additional rest before beginning our journey home. This thoughtful gesture was sincerely appreciated and made a real difference. We completely understand that situations like this can happen and, importantly, the team listened to our concern and took action to help resolve it. For us, that is what matters most. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and were genuinely impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness of the Avani+ Khao Lak team. Thank you to everyone who took such good care of us — we truly appreciated the hospitality and would be happy to return again.

This was my first stay at Avani+ Khao Lak Resort, and even though I visited during the rainy season, I had a wonderful experience. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a stunning beachfront that made the stay enjoyable regardless of the weather. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax while listening to the sound of the rain. The resort’s facilities were well maintained, and there were plenty of areas to unwind and enjoy the tranquil environment. What impressed me most was the warm hospitality from the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Although the weather was not always sunny, the relaxing atmosphere and outstanding service made this trip truly memorable. I would happily return again and highly recommend Avani+ Khao Lak Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in Khao Lak.

We had a wonderful stay in Khao Lak and were very impressed with the warm and friendly service from the moment we checked in. Everything felt truly five-star, from the welcoming staff to the delicious food. We especially loved the pizza here! 🍕 A special thank you to Khun Pooh for taking such good care of us during our stay. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a lovely smile.
