Gorgeous location. Family friendly, tranquil, enjoyable, relaxing and the most beautiful lush greenery. Personally the outstanding customer service was the absolute highlight of my stay. The staff members are the beating heart and soul of the hotel. They are unbelievably helpful and friendly. They can’t do enough to help you and frankly always go above and beyond, compared to most others I’ve encountered in the hospitality industry. On my last night at the hotel, I was serviced by a lovely, friendly and helpful lady bartender at the beach, called Bella, which was the perfect ending to my stay.

Fabulous 4d3n nights stay here. Service was top notch. Shout out to Ing whose warmth and hospitality really made all the difference, always willing to go out of her way to look after us during the trip. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Resort grounds are fantastic for families, plenty to do in the kids club. There's indoor and outdoor rock walls, mini golf course, kids pool.... Complimentary daily morning exercise classes like yoga, tai chi... and a nice gym. Plentiful eateries abound, from burger food trucks by the beach to sushi bars and a host of other restaurants. Will definitely be back.

We spent four wonderful days at AVANI+ Khao Lak as a family of three (two parents and a 13-year-old), and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank-you to Ing at the front desk, who welcomed us warmly, resolved an issue with our reservation, arranged early check-in, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The beach is fantastic, and the resort offers a variety of complimentary non-motorized water activities such as kayaks, body boards, and SUP boards. We didn’t use the main pool because we had our own private pool, but one great advantage of the resort is that many rooms and villas have direct pool access, so the main pool near our villa was never crowded at any time of day. The resort offers many activities for all ages: an excellent and unusually well-equipped gym, a teen game room, a small basketball court, tennis court (closed during our stay due to rain), mini-golf, an outdoor climbing wall, and another climbing wall inside the gym (though we did wish the full height of the wall were open). Overall, AVANI+ Khao Lak is an outstanding resort for families. We left relaxed, happy, and already hoping to return. Highly recommended.

My recent stay at Avani+ was fantastic! I was there on a short 3 day stay with my family including 3 young kids. Plenty of activities to do - pools, kids club, farm, beach. Hotel room was modern and spacious. Good WIFI. Wide variety of dining options! Staff was amazing! Big shout out to Apple, Ing, Irene and all the other staff that made our trip so memorable. They remembered our names, played and interacted with my kids, always a smile on their faces! I was originally a bit hesitant to travel 1.5 hrs out from Phuket international airport to Khao Lak but no regrets at all!!

A truly wonderful experience. A great hotel for families with small children. It’s stunningly beautiful, with modern, high-quality facilities. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is very attentive. The area is somewhat remote, but we didn’t feel any lack of convenience. Food prices in the hotel are very reasonable, and getting to the ‘center’ isn’t too long of a ride. There’s a kind of taxi monopoly, so prices are high and there’s no Bolt, but we managed just fine and enjoyed ourselves very much. An excellent hotel — I’m sure we’ll be back again.
