​This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderfully cozy environment and amazing decor. The rooms are incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. ​You will never run out of things to do here; there are plenty of activities right near the property, and the hotel itself features a fantastic variety of restaurants. The breakfast was a massive highlight—delicious, with a huge selection of fresh, made-to-order food. ​What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Mr. Nuttry for his outstanding hospitality and help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I’m Thai, and I’d like to be honest about my experience. I stayed for one night using a voucher that I purchased from someone else for almost the same price as the room rate, so naturally, I had high expectations. I originally planned this stay as a honeymoon with my partner, but unfortunately, he wasn’t available, so I came with a friend instead. I requested a honeymoon arrangement, and I truly appreciate the hotel for kindly arranging it for me. It was a thoughtful touch that made me feel special. I arrived by motorbike because I enjoy riding, but unfortunately, I was a little wet and not as neat as usual because of the rain. I didn’t expect anything luxurious — just a warm welcome, a smile, and friendly hospitality, especially from a five-star hotel. I had considered staying another 2–3 nights, although I had not made the booking yet. Unfortunately, the way I was welcomed by the front desk made me change my mind and book another hotel nearby instead. After staying at the other hotel, I could clearly feel the difference in hospitality and service, which made me even more disappointed. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the reservations team was incredibly kind. They even gave me one extra hour of late check-out free of charge, which I truly appreciated. I’m genuinely sad because I had been looking forward to staying here and admiring the hotel’s photos for almost a year. For me, a five-star experience is not only about a beautiful property, but also about how guests are welcomed and made to feel.

I stayed at Eden Beach Resort & Spa Khao Lak with my relatives for two nights, from September 22–24, 2026. We booked three rooms separately, all directly with the hotel. Everything was confirmed smoothly, although I did receive an automated email saying that one of my bookings had been cancelled. I contacted the Reservations Department, and they kindly confirmed that the booking was still valid. On arrival, the Bell Boy was very helpful in showing us where to park and how to get to Reception. The check-in process was also smooth and the staff were friendly and informative. However, we were only informed at check-in that the main swimming pool had been closed for maintenance for about two days. I completely understand that maintenance is necessary, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance. As our booking was non-refundable, knowing this beforehand would have allowed us to consider our options and plan accordingly. The hotel offered us a room upgrade, which I appreciated, although an upgrade was not really what we needed. What we really wanted was simply timely and clear communication so that we could make our own decision. Apart from this, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the beach was clean and beautiful—especially for relaxing and watching the sunset. 🌅 Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of us throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back again. ❤️ My only suggestion would be to inform guests in advance whenever an important hotel facility is temporarily closed, especially when they already have a confirmed booking.

I was a Birthday getaway. I can only say that it was the most memorable birthday Ever!! The staff are absolutely Incredible and amongst the Best I have Ever seen. If you aee looking for a wonderful escape from the rat race, I would highly recommend this hotel Reception: khun Ooh checked us in Khun Teddy, Axe and Khun Natry, Khun Paeng, Khun Natty are Outstanding!! Porters: Khun Man, Khun Noom, Khun Mano and the others are very helpful Khun Ball, housekeeping Thank you! The Housekeeping Manager Khun Aew had a wonderful surprise for me on the bed when I checked it. See pic below Sunne terrace was our hidden gem: Restaurant captain Khun Kunh, Khun Fon, khun Jane, Chef Khun Ann (Amazing food) and Khun Paeng Genesis breakfast is a delight of local and international flavours Thank you Chef Nam, Plam and chef riam genesis breakfast I wish I could name ALL staff. To the GM, please recognise the above staff. But know that All are Outstanding Can't wait to return....

Eden Beach Khao Lak is a beautiful resort surrounded by lush greenery, and the beach is easily one of the nicest in the area! The nearby village has great massage places, though be prepared for some hills and stairs both walking to town and within the resort itself. The pizza was delicious, and the deli serves great coffee and cakes (no gluten-free options noticed). Breakfast has a large variety, though the eggs Benedict was a bit too heavy on mayonnaise and the bread wasn’t fresh. All in all, a wonderful, clean hotel with stunning grounds—highly recommended!
