I chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway, and it exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was wonderful, from the excellent spa services to the wide range of activities available on-site. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is here, including great dining options. For anyone looking for accommodation in Khao Lak, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect destination for families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable vacation.

It’s a bit on the pricey side, but overall a great stay. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options. The hotel has a big pool and a beautiful private beach with a bar. There is also a café, restaurants, a shop selling clothes and beach accessories. A mini market, as well as another restaurant are right next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and ordering food and drinks through the room service app was very easy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, and most of them spoke good English. The town is also a short drive away. The sushi restaurant was very nice, with amazing waitresses. Fast service and great food. Overall, a very nice experience and a place I would recommend.

Good hotel, really good for family with kids. The facilities are top notch and very well maintained. You can get many activities, have a couple of pools good dining areas, decent breakfast with a wide spread. The rooms/some aspects could have been designed slightly better with more thought on usability and less on looks. We stayed her for two nights in most basic room, we used the pools twice and the gym once and was a good experience, the dinner was good too. Overall highly recommend if you are a family.

I really liked this hotel. The room was lovely. Huge bed and it was fantastic to have our own little pool (small upgrade through Tui.) I was worried about dietary issues as I am gluten free and vegetarian but they had a gluten free breakfast menu that I was able to choose from and then was made especially. And when we ate at the hotel for dinner, the menu was marked accordingly to items that were gluten free and which were not. All the staff were so kind and gracious. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Thank you Kalima 😊

The nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Thailand. We were in deluxe room and it was perfect. The rooms were soundproof which was amazing. They have a direct bus down to the main town and market which you have to pre-book as it gets very busy. We would recommended going to the market as that’s where all the life is compared to the main town which is quite quiet. Breakfast always had amazing food options with no complaints. Lunch and dinner had similar menus but there was always something to eat and it was always so nice! The pools don’t get too busy as we always found a sun bed and we would arrive at around lunch time. When we left, it was 5am so it was all very quiet but the staff still gave us a shuttle bus back to the main reception and we were given breakfast bags to go which included pastry, fruit, yoghurt and water, this was very nice. The staff were always really friendly and they always had music playing which made it a very nice environment! We didn’t go to the beach as it’s on a military protected zone and about a 5-10 minute walk from the main part of the hotel. It’s also a little bit confusing as it says do not go past the light house however about 3 sun beds down there is a big sign saying do not enter, so we just stayed off completely.
