We had a wonderful time here! Was a clean and beautiful resort! The only downsides was that the restaurants filled up quickly! We only had one night we were able to get a reservation. The other is that it was not a beach front. But they have shuttles that take you all around the resort. The staff is fun, kind and helpful. The buffet food was decent. For the price point, this was a very fun and successful vacation!

The property its self was beautiful. We made the best of our trip but we had not a great experience here at this resort. The communication was not great everything closed very early. The food was not good. Best food we had the whole trip was at the snack bar. Was only able to make 2 dinner reservations. Went and played golf at the PGA golf course that is “on site” had a 7:20 am tee time, no transportation over there. And for 4 people to play golf it was $1,200 USD. there was no food on site of golf course or drinks. Bars closed early, only one swim up bar, if you want to go to the beach it’s far. Overall would not recommend this resort. Staff was great. Rooms were clean. But terrible food and seems like a senior center because everything is closed at 7 pm.

I stayed at this resort from May 28 to June 2, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the biggest issues was dining. Most restaurants required reservations, and despite having Privilege Club access, we still struggled to secure reservations. The buffet was essentially the only option for breakfast and lunch, and dinner if you didn’t have a reservation for a restaurant. The food selection was repetitive from day to day. During our stay, both my boyfriend and I became seriously ill after eating at the resort. We experienced food poisoning, including severe stomach pain, vomiting and high fever, and later learned that other guests had also become sick. We notified the front desk as soon as we became ill, but no meaningful assistance was offered. Something as basic as a thermometer was not provided, and we were so sick that we could not leave our room. We ultimately had to rely on a friend in our group to purchase one for us as well as Gatorade. The following day, we met with the customer relations team to discuss what had happened and requested compensation for the two days we spent confined to our room due to illness. We were informed that no compensation would be provided. Thankfully our illness did not become more severe, but we were disappointed by what appeared to be a lack of concern for guest wellbeing and support during a medical situation. Room service was also extremely limited. The menu consisted primarily of items such as pizza, nachos, burgers, and other unhealthy options. After becoming ill, we were uncomfortable eating many of these foods and went multiple days with very limited food intake because there were few healthy options or soup available for room service. As a registered nurse, I was genuinely concerned about our health during this experience. Overall, this was not the vacation experience we expected, and based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this resort. They are all connected.

Eder, Hanna and Antonio with the entertainment crew were stellar, always welcome you with a warm greeting, are very energetic, and are genuinely interested in talking to you. Manuel and Marcela with the serving crew who served us buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (we purposefully sat in their sections after the first time) were also top notch. Not only great serving but also very friendly and warm smiles. The other processes — housekeeping, checking in, getting towels, the room and what not was hassle free too. My only complaint, and the one thing I would change, is that when you do go to check out towels they ask you about interest in excursions, which kind of gets frustrating after the first couple times. The coffee machine located north-east when you enter the lobby is worth checking out as well. Can brew any time of warm drink you like (the hot choclate is very good) and is free. Def worth trying at least once! Overall, our experience was very good and the value was worth it.

If you value your hearing & want peace & quiet DO NOT come here! The hotel is part of a complex but before our arrival we were informed the complex had split into an adults only area & family area; we did not know it at the time but we were in the families area. This part of the resort must allow cheap weekends for locals who are rude & very loud spoiling it for those on longer stays. The pool bar was drunk dry the first weekend & there was a fight the second weekend but more security turned up for the very drunk man the previous week than the fight. There were two boom boxes on the bar & another at the side of the pool in addition to the very loud speakers for the pool already in situ. The staff allowed this collection of noise. The evening entertainment was so loud it would fail any health & safety limit in the UK. There are a number of snack bars around the complex but if you don’t have the right colour wrist band, some staff will not serve you whilst others will. The Truck Stop on the beach allows you to book on the app & self service panels, but when we went up to collect our food the second time we went, the server refused to give it us, what a waste of food! The app/self serve panel should recognise what rooms are allowed to eat there and say no at that point. System upgrade required! On the plus side, the variety of food was good & the à la carte restaurants were very nice. The staff were also very polite. It’s just a shame we came so far & paid a lot for a relaxing holiday we did not get.
