Just returned home from a 5-night trip, and overall, we had a great experience at this hotel! The staff here are truly top-notch and work incredibly hard. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, welcoming, and always willing to help. You can really tell how much effort they put into making guests feel comfortable and cared for. A special shout-out to Elifelet at the front desk, and Baak and Zeus, our servers, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and excellent service really stood out to us. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our trip such a great experience! We would definitely return. ❤️

First time guests here, but we will DEFINITELY return. #1 reason is the world class customer service from the entire staff, especially Reyes (poolside), Zeus (poolside), Miguel (La Luce), Octavio (front desk), & Sergei (concierge). People really make the difference. Overall, we had great weather 🌞, delicious food 😋, very enjoyable nightly entertainment) and the opportunity to make many new friends. There were a few TEMPORARY challenges at this location, such as dealing with the seaweed issue at the beach (staff cleaned daily to help make the best of it), and the renovation of the Challa bar (can't wait to enjoy it next trip). Note to guests... Brings plenty of US $ (1s, 5s, 10s) to properly reward these hard working team members. They won't ever ask for it, but they absolutely deserve it ! Once you experience it, I know you'll agree.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is excellent in every aspect — the cleanliness is outstanding, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is exceptionally kind and attentive. The restaurants are of very high quality, offering delicious food and a great variety of options. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach. We especially appreciated that the beach is cleaned every morning, keeping it neat, organized, and pleasant throughout the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

If you at this hotel then La Luce Italian restaurant is a must visit. Alejandro and his co server Jonathan were amazing hosts. They took such care of us and whatever they recommended was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of us and their hospitality was incredible. They took very good care of us all. The best servers at this hotel by far. The shrimp appetizer and the desserts were so delicious. Truly a great experience. Do visit with your family.

Our week long vacation was well worth it. We seek relaxation and the Mar Caribe didn’t disappoint. Our room had a spectacular view of the ocean, and each night we enjoyed a lovely dinner followed by gelato, premium coffee, or cocktail at the Enclave lounge. What we enjoyed most was the pool. Baak and Darwin were amazing servers who didn’t miss a beat. Always quick to refill a cocktail or ask if we needed anything they made us feel like we were at a luxury resort
