Had an amazing two week stay here at Hilton Mar Caribe! The rooms, restaurants, pools, beaches, and bars were exceptional, but it was the staff who made the stay really special! I’d like to give a big thank you to all the entertainment staff, especially Antonio, AJ, Chris, and Gonzalo for always keeping the energy up, always having fun things to do, and for all just being lovely 💖💖 Also a big thank you to Osvaldo the entertainment supervisor for his hospitality! Valdemar at the gym was a total superstar 🫶🏻 He had a range of different classes that were all amazing - from relaxing Sunset Yoga, to Aqua Fit, to the most intense Bootcamp, they were all invigorating and he was the perfect instructor! Rayes and Reina were also amazing and kept the drinks flowing, and Ramses at the bar made the best cocktails and his cocktail masterclasses were lots of fun! As you can tell, the staff here really made our time exceptional! Everyone we met was genuinely so nice and always had a smile on their faces! I highly recommend staying here for a fun, relaxing holiday 💖

The resort was an impeccably clean. Each evening the staff pressure wash the pool area each evening. Our room was spotless. From check-in to check-out everything was great. The food was wonderful at each restaurant, including the buffet. There was plenty of room and tons of chairs around the pool and beach. We never felt crowded. I hate to leave and am already planning our next trip back. A special thank you and recognition to these wonderful workers: Enrique at AsuLinda-the coffee was great every morning. Carlos at La Luce- your service was warm and exceptional. David and Gonzalo with the Entertainment team- you were fabulous!!! We were in suite 780 and it was spectacular

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to get a swim-up room, which was perfect for our family. My kids never wanted to leave the pool, so it almost felt like having our own private pool right outside our room. Room service was excellent—they responded very quickly whenever we needed anything. The pool staff were absolutely amazing. They were always walking around, checking on guests, and asking if we needed food or drinks. Their service really made our stay even more enjoyable. The main pool was large, clean, and beautiful. The beach was nice to relax and enjoy the view, but there was quite a bit of seaweed, and the waves were strong during our stay, so I wouldn’t recommend it for young children. As for the food, my kids and I are pretty picky eaters, so we mostly ended up eating pasta and fries. However, the breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, the hotel, the service, and the cleanliness were excellent. We truly enjoyed our vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is excellent in every aspect — the cleanliness is outstanding, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is exceptionally kind and attentive. The restaurants are of very high quality, offering delicious food and a great variety of options. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach. We especially appreciated that the beach is cleaned every morning, keeping it neat, organized, and pleasant throughout the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

If you at this hotel then La Luce Italian restaurant is a must visit. Alejandro and his co server Jonathan were amazing hosts. They took such care of us and whatever they recommended was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of us and their hospitality was incredible. They took very good care of us all. The best servers at this hotel by far. The shrimp appetizer and the desserts were so delicious. Truly a great experience. Do visit with your family.
