This hotel is great. Great service, attentive service staff and helpful. Only minor issues were needed to request more hand soap, body gel and tissues for our room. The speciality restaurants were nice. In our experience the Maxal was the best. Our server was Orlando and he took really good care of us. The hostess was the only hostess to put our napkins on our laps. La Luce was also very nice. The Vela was terrific with a great assortment of foods to select for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were Enclave status guests and we enjoyed extra perks. Highly recommend the spa for hydro sessions and massage suggest requesting Shelia or Janeth, both exceptional. The beauty salon was nice too, suggest requesting Lidia for any hair service. This is a beautiful resort with plenty to enjoy during the day and great entertainment in the evening. Will return again.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of February. The hotel grounds are quite small, and there isn’t really anywhere to walk — it’s mostly restaurants and pools. The beach is nice, with no rocks in the water. There were some seaweed on the shore, but it didn’t really bother us. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the entire week was very windy with strong waves, which made swimming quite difficult. We don’t like pools, so we still tried to swim in the sea, but it felt more like struggling to stay on our feet than enjoying a relaxing swim. This was our biggest disappointment. The food in the main restaurant felt rather limited, fruit was only available at breakfast, and the coffee was not good. We only went to the main restaurant once for lunch and once for dinner. Most of the time we had lunch at the Sky Bar (Enclave guests only) and dinner at the à la carte restaurants. We purchased the Enclave package, which gave us several small but important advantages. For example, we enjoyed tasty lunches at the Sky Bar, the ability to book à la carte restaurants on any day (we went to the Asian restaurant twice), and good quality coffee in a separate bar in the mornings. For other guests, the coffee was very poor and they often had to stand in line for up to 30 minutes. The room was clean, with a large and comfortable bathroom. Housekeeping was quick and done daily. We weren’t very interested in daytime entertainment. There were a couple of good evening shows, and live music was played in the lobby bar in the evenings. The animation team also organized parties at the Sky Bar, usually until 11:00 PM. This bar is located in the center of the hotel grounds, so I imagine guests with non-sea-view rooms may have had difficulty sleeping due to the noise. We had a sea-view room, located further away, but even we occasionally woke up because of the music. Overall, we liked the hotel. However, I don’t think we would return to Cancun. The nearest attractions were about a two-hour drive away, and we didn’t want to spend four hours a day on the road. At the same time, staying at the hotel itself became quite boring.

This is our second time at this all inclusive in Cancun. We have enjoyed it both times. The entertainment staff Santos, Hugo, Antonio, Emilio and Oscar are wonderful. The aqua aerobics, ceviche class, dance lessons, and beach games are so fun and great for kids! Santos in particular was so kind to our sons. Manuel( breakfast), Leonardo(breakfast)Ivan (Maxcal)and Tony the hibachi chef were wonderful and made our dining experience so fun. They were extremely attentive and welcoming! The variety and quality of food are exceptional. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the beach is lovely. I do not recommend the extra cost for the enclave as the amenities for this are limited. Highly recommend this hotel for families! Great quality and valuable. Safe and clean!

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Alifelet at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home right away. He was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all of our questions about the resort. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations — the service was top-notch, the amenities were excellent, the beach was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was simply perfect. The attention to detail throughout the property did not go unnoticed. We’d especially like to recognize the wonderful breakfast team — Alex, Lili, Ivan Medino, and Raul — whose attentiveness and care each morning truly elevated our stay. Their friendly service made every breakfast a highlight of our trip. A big shoutout as well to Ozz and Santos from the entertainment team. Their enthusiasm and energy kept guests engaged and added so much fun to our days. This was a truly memorable vacation, and we are already looking forward to returning. Five stars all the way!

Everything great except thumping disco music every night until 10:30-11. Bring ear plugs if you sleep early. Lobby evening entertainment was ok during this stay but our stay before entertainment each evening was much better. A very good family resort with excellent beach and staff. All rooms have good views of sea. Main building E was most convenient for accessing lobby and restaurants. Overall very clean, safe and fun for the whole family!
