We loved our stay at Iberostar Paraiso del Mar! The lush grounds were full of amazing wildlife—flamingos in the lagoons and playful spider monkeys in the trees made every walk special. The beach was gorgeous: soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. Food and drinks were excellent—the restaurants offered great variety and quality, and the cocktails (especially at the beach and pool bars) were outstanding. A big thank you to our wonderful concierge Cristian and Ricky, who took fantastic care of us with his helpful, attentive service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back—such a beautiful, relaxing escape! 🌴🦩🐒🍹🏖️

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the best vacations we've had in years. Service was great right from the get go, everyone was so accommodating. We loved the wildlife on the property and the food was amazing. There's so much to do that we needed help just to see what's available to us, this is where i would like to mention that my concierge Mario in lobby Mar came in and helped us greatly, from reservations to general info about the hotel and the local spots to visit definitely look for him. Overall this vacation is exactly what we needed and we plan on coming back again!!!

I had so much fun playing bingo, Amazing energy and was a great experience. Great for the whole family to play we really enjoyed. Diego was very nice and had lots of fun with him. He had great energy and enthusiasm well running the event. Would definitely come back if he was running more events.

This was one of the largest resorts we've ever been in with the amount of hotels in one space. We found the distances between locations far; and thank God for the golf cart services!! Initial impressions was made by our now favourite concierge Carolina Santiago❣️ She has the greatest personality and amazing people skills❣️ she is also very knowledgeable and friendly; the rest could learn from her! She made us feel special and welcoming. 10/10 The food was about a 3/5. Rooms and beds very comfortable 5/5 Bellboys/men/porters excellent also, friendly and was amazed by their English skills. We are new members on this 1st time to the Iberostar. Also well received by the amazing service by Angel, Omar, Allan and rest of the team at the Prestige Lounge. Looking forward to our future together!!

If you like nature and wildlife, you'll love this resort! So many creatures happily coexisting among the guests. It felt like living in a wildlife sanctuary. It was so lush and green. Everything I love in a tropical location. The food and service was exceptional everywhere we went. The restaurants were top notch that cater to every tatsebud. The only thing that seemed to be missing were the fancy professional shows in the evenings. There was entertainment but it wasn't the professional quality that I've seen at Mexico resorts in the past. All in all, we would definitely come back to Iberostar Waves Paraisio del Mar.
