Good and very poor. Most annoying was how loud and often other guests doors closed with an almighty bang. Fire doors on some sort of hard closing mechanism. Lost count how many times I was woke up. Just after going to sleep or at 6 am with guests leaving.Pool gets no sunshine sadly. Drinks at the roof top bar were lacking alcoholic taste and expensive. Lots of questions on check about what type of candles and fragrance to choose for the room but it constantly didn’t appear until complaining on the third day. Lift to the pedestrian bridge was out of order so 3 flights of stairs 8 times that day! Theft! My large Mr Happy travel mug was taken. When I asked reception they told me to come to the desk. The cleaners had taken photos and it and was on the desk. When I challenged that it was removed it was later found and returned. Small things but left a taste that I would not return nor can I recommend. Room size and bathroom are lovely and so was the food.

I must say the experience was exceptional. Check-in was done seated, served with welcome drinks, snacks, and also cool face towels with nice fragrance. After check-in, host escorted us to the room, went through the introduction of the room as well. Room was well decorated as per theme selected and was sparkling clean. Served with fruits and “Happy Anniversary” cake as well. Bathroom room was also neat and tidy. Good range of amenities provided as well.

Our stay was made truly memorable by the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. A special mention to the restaurant team Nash, Hanif and Rayna for their outstanding care and thoughtfulness. They went out of their way to understand our vegetarian preferences and ensured that we had a variety of well-prepared and delicious options. Their warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made dining a delightful experience. Thank you to the entire team for the care, professionalism, and personal touch. We truly felt looked after and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and exceptional service.

We went for dinner to enjoy the rooftop view of the city. Even though we arrived quite late, around 10 PM, we were lucky to get seating without a reservation. The view didn’t disappoint at all—you get a stunning panorama of the skyline, including the Twin Towers and KL Tower. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the city

Fantastic location the centre of KL. It has a dedicated bridge connecting directly to the Pavilion shopping mall which makes shopping trips super easy. The hotel rooms are located at the top of the building, so you get an excellent view of the whole city from your rooms (and the sky bar of course). The service was good and everything went quite smoothly.
