Highlights High-floor rooms with stunning night views that offer excellent value for the price. Strategic location between Bukit Bintang and KLCC, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The hotel kindly provided an extra bed for my son without additional charges, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast served on the high floor is a major attraction, offering a wonderful dining experience with panoramic city views. Although the breakfast menu has limited main dish selections, the food quality is good, and guests can order additional servings as needed. The swimming pool is one of the hotel's highlights. Despite being indoors, it is located on a high floor and offers a unique atmosphere. The gym is well-maintained, and a thoughtful touch is the complimentary energy drinks provided to guests, something not commonly offered by other hotels. Areas for Improvement The parking area and pathway leading to the lifts could benefit from clearer signage for visitors. Adding a "Check-In (Level 53)" button or indication in the lift directory would make navigation more convenient for first-time guests. The cleanliness of the shower area should be improved, as some dust and dirt were noticeable even from outside the shower room. Service Excellence The customer service at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur is truly exceptional. From the online reservation officer, Kenny, to the front desk staff during check-in and the guest assistance team, every staff member was professional, courteous, and welcoming. Their genuine hospitality significantly enhanced the overall guest experience. Overall Rating: 4.5/5 I would highly recommend Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur for its excellent location, breathtaking views, outstanding service, and memorable hospitality.

I stayed here in February 2026, but I would still like to share my memorable experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. Just across the street then you will find plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and local attractions within walking distance. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were excellent. I would especially like to thank Khun FA, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was always attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making every morning even more enjoyable. Although some time has passed since my visit, the wonderful hospitality and positive experience remain unforgettable.

I must say the experience was exceptional. Check-in was done seated, served with welcome drinks, snacks, and also cool face towels with nice fragrance. After check-in, host escorted us to the room, went through the introduction of the room as well. Room was well decorated as per theme selected and was sparkling clean. Served with fruits and “Happy Anniversary” cake as well. Bathroom room was also neat and tidy. Good range of amenities provided as well.

My stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for their genuine warmth, care, and attentiveness — truly some of the most hospitable service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. One unique aspect of this hotel is that it occupies the upper levels of a residential tower, with guest rooms starting from level 54. This gives you breathtaking views over the city and a real sense of exclusivity. The room itself was absolutely stunning. The décor felt luxurious and distinctive, with beautiful bronze metalwork on the wardrobe and doors, and a striking floral stencil feature wall that immediately catches your eye. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that breaks away from the typical “safe” 5-star hotel design — everything here felt thoughtfully curated and high-end. The ceilings were impressively high, which is something you rarely find in hotels, and it made the space feel even more open and indulgent. The room was also packed with modern technology — from electrically operated net and blackout curtains controlled right from the bedside, to a Toto electric toilet that was both hygienic and surprisingly satisfying to use. The bathroom experience was just as memorable. There were electric blinds by the bathtub, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing soak while taking in the dazzling Kuala Lumpur skyline at night. The shower featured a large ceiling-mounted rainfall head with ambient lighting options, adding a spa-like touch to your daily routine. Overall, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur offers a unique blend of design, comfort, and truly outstanding service. It’s easily one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This place has the most premium location directly leading to Pavillion mall. The fixtures and fittings used in the room along with bed make it quite executive. There staff is also very accommodating and welcoming. While in KL no property beats this residence. I have used there facility over 6 to 7 times. Not forgetting, although providing all the luxuries, their rates are very competitive too. Highly recommended.
