The hotel is clean, stylishly-decorated and my room was spacious. Near beautiful beaches. The staff are friendly and helpful. Got an early check in which was nice. This review is mainly for the massage at the hotel (at this point I am only a few hours into my 4 night stay) I tried the outdoor spa services and am impressed. I highly recommend the deep tissue message I had by Nereya. It was a mix of the best type of medicine and relaxation. The pool deck was very full so I shared a pool umbrella with the lifeguard/towel service guy and he was polite and helpful. If I were to be critical about what I’ve noticed so far, the Barcelo app is really frustrating. So, management, if you are reading, please improve it.

This is an adults only hotel which offers a quiet peaceful setting at the end of Portinatx ideal for a relaxing stay. We had an apartment on the 4th floor and a large balcony with sun loungers, hot tub, deckchairs and a two person sun lounging bed with sun protection. The staff at the hotel from reception to bar to restaurant to cleaning are all magnificent, really friendly, and they work incredibly hard to make your stay a great one. There are two pools and a pool bar with more loungers, a fitness area and a beach across the road. There is a wellness menu although we only used the morning yoga, but that was excellent. Great walks are adjacent one which we did to the lighthouse offering great views. We would highly recommend the breakfast it was amazing, lots of choice. Overall a lovely hotel in a great position.

Absolutely love the Barcelo Portinatx. The staff are lovely, both very pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful - bright, welcoming and a good size. The sea view was a pleasure to get up to. And the breakfast is fantastic, every combination of hot and cold foods imaginable. We will be back..again.

Lovely hotel, we stayed for a week in May this year, after visiting last year for just 4 nights. Worth noting that the hotel itself is in quite a remote location, so either walking/taxi journeys are required to the nearest ‘town’.

Great hotel with fantastic staff on the calm side of Ibiza. But still perfect to discover the island with a car from Portinakx. We keep it on the list for when we come back to Ibiza!
