Beautiful stay with excellent service Very good hotel with incredibly attentive and friendly service. The staff really does their best to make your stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Umut Can, who was exceptionally nice and attentive. 😊 The food is amazing, the beach is clean and well maintained, and we especially loved the Burger House. The air conditioning also works very well, which is a huge plus with such high temperatures! ☀️ One small suggestion: for families with very young children, it would be great if the baby swimming pool could be separated or better enclosed for additional safety. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

The Hotel grounds make the hotel feel spacious with plenty of shade and mature trees open space. The A la Carte restaurants are excellent and well worth a visit as many times as you can during your stay. Staff were excellent, friendly and professional. We had sun loungers reserved as one member of our party was disabled and needed easy access to the pool via steps and railings. This was also repeated in the main buffet restaurant which made life a lot easier with less distance to push a wheelchair. The only minor concern was that there was only one lift from reception to the main pool and restaurant area and this was quite busy on occasion. The beach is great until you enter the water as there are quite a lot of underwater rocks scattered in the sand so you can hurt your feet. Overall, the hotel excels in high quality food and beverages along with so many facilities and activities that we did not get round to using or participating in.

Brilliant holiday entertainment team are super and work very hard. lots to do i really enjoyed the darts twice a day with Irina and darina. Food very good and ala cart restaurants very good. The waiter service is really good they work really hard especially in the heat all round great trip. Will definitely be returning

Absolutely fantastic holiday, we have been blown away with everything from the moment we arrived. Everyone is so welcoming and all the staff are fantastic. I'd like to say a special thank you to Ersin in the Turkish restaurant, he goes out his way to make sure you have the best experience possible, that much so, we visited the same restaurant 3 times during our stay, one of these times was on our 22nd wedding anniversary, where he went out his way to make this even more special for us. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Our stay at the Beirut Hemera was overall pleasant, although there are a few aspects that could be improved. The rooms are small with low ceilings, so they don’t feel very comfortable. The food is repetitive, and the quality is not the best, even in the à la carte restaurants. As for the sea, the location is not ideal: the beach is not very nice and the sea itself is nothing special, so it’s not the best choice for those looking for a beautiful spot to swim. I really appreciated the hotel’s commitment to ecology: no plastic cups and no plastic sunbeds. It’s a concrete effort that truly makes a difference. The rest of the structure is good, and the waitstaff is excellent—kind, helpful, and always friendly. And then there are the hotel cats, sweet and affectionate; they stroll peacefully among the guests and give the whole place a warmer, more romantic atmosphere, as if the hotel had a little extra soul.
