We have just returned from our holiday at this hotel and would like to share our honest experience. The hotel is a decent 4-star hotel, but I definitely wouldn’t give it more than 4 stars. The biggest advantage is the staff — very friendly, helpful and professional. The reception was always ready to help, and when our safe stopped working, it was fixed the same evening. The room was acceptable, but the cleaning was quite superficial. Even after cleaning, we sometimes found hair, dust or dirt on the shelves. The bed linen was also quite worn and some pieces had visible stains. Another disadvantage is that the air conditioning only works when the key card is in the room, so you cannot cool the room while you are away. Our balcony faced the neighbouring hotel, and unfortunately, some guests from the upper floor were throwing cigarette ash and cigarette butts onto our balcony. I understand that the hotel cannot control every guest, but the balcony design makes this possible. Cats were often on my balcony. Sometimes they were pulling my clothes and making it dirty. But I forgive them🥰 The food was tasty but repetitive, especially breakfast. The animation was fun. Alcoholic drinks and cocktails were quite disappointing. On the positive side, I really liked the beach. It was small, but there were corals and plenty of fish, which was great for snorkelling. There were also some nice evening shows. The area around the hotel is extremely noisy, with cars constantly honking, and crossing the road can be really difficult. There are practically no proper pedestrian crossings, and the traffic feels very chaotic. Overall, it was a decent stay, mainly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff and the nice beach. However, there are several things that could definitely be improved.

We booked a table at the Caribbean Bar via WhatsApp and had a great night. The karaoke was great fun, and the fresh menu was a nice touch. It was quite busy, but the waiters managed everything really well. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed, social and well organised. BVR is a great place to get together with a group and have some fun!

Pleasant stay with a great location, but All-Inclusive" concept needs work ​Rating: 4/5 ​I spent 7 days at Bella Vista Resort with my wife. Overall, we had a very nice and relaxing vacation. The hotel has a lot of charm, but there are some things you should know before booking. ​The Good: ​Perfect Layout: The best thing about this hotel is that it's compact. Everything is just a 1-minute walk away—the beach, the pool, the restaurant, and the lobby. ​Great Atmosphere: I loved the garden area in front of the reception. It’s a beautiful spot with lush greenery where you can sit outside and watch football matches. Very relaxing! ​Beach & Housekeeping: The beach is small but very beautiful and well-kept. Also, a big shout-out to our room cleaner and the lobby bartender—they are true professionals. ​The Not-So-Good: ​"All Inclusive" Concept: Even though I paid for All-Inclusive, I was disappointed to find out that the room minibar (beer/soda) and ice cream by the pool were extra charges. For a hotel that claims to be "All-Inclusive," these should be included. ​Repetitive Food: The buffet is okay, but after 3 days, the food and desserts become very repetitive. ​Tipping Culture: Some of the staff can be a bit over-focused on tips. If you don't tip, the service can become a bit slow and reluctant, which can be annoying. ​Verdict: For the price, it’s a good hotel. It’s not perfect, and there are better resorts out there, but I truly enjoyed my stay because of the great location and the cozy atmosphere. It’s a solid choice if you want everything close by, but be prepared for some extra costs.

8 days end year vacation, everything went fine, it was quiet and relaxing, we enjoyed it. Furthermore they made a wonderful end-of-year dinner, show, celebration for all the guests. Great.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They showed very little respect toward guests and often behaved in an unfriendly and unpleasant manner. What bothered me the most was their attitude toward female guests. Several members of the staff came across as overly intrusive and pushy, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The reception staff were particularly unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing guests’ concerns. Even when tips were given, the staff acted as if they did not care and made no effort to improve their service or assist guests. Overall, the customer service was far below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
