I had an amazing stay at Iberotel Casa Del Mar. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very well managed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived—reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams were all professional and always smiling. The room was spotless, cozy and cleaned daily, and the atmosphere of the entire place felt relaxing and welcoming. The food was excellent with a good variety every day, always fresh and well prepared. I also really enjoyed the animation team—they were energetic, fun, and made the whole stay more enjoyable with activities throughout the day and great evening shows. The pool area is clean and spacious, and the beach is close and well organized. The location is perfect too, close to everything and easy to reach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good food, and a fun, comfortable stay.

We were looking for a relaxing holiday as a couple in a warm and beautiful destination close to the beach. This vacation week exceeded our expectations in every way! The customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone works with a positive attitude to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. The service goes beyond friendliness — it feels personal and truly made us feel at home! A huge thank you to the amazing and fun animation team, especially “Mounir” and the rest of the crew, who organized entertaining games during the day, made us feel like part of a community, and put on great shows every evening. This week wouldn’t have been nearly as fun without you! The destination itself is beautiful with a warm athmosphere and the beach connected to the hotel is only a 5-minute walk away. We enjoyed spending time at the hotel, but it was also easy to take day trips from here – for example, scuba diving. The room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent — especially “Taher,” who made our stay feel like a five-star experience. We will also miss the food, which was delicious, healthy, and varied. The restaurant offered plenty of options for every taste, the seasoning was spot on, and everything felt fresh. From the bar we could order drinks and cocktails to suit our preferences. “Mohamed Hassan” stood out with his positivity and professionalism. He made me the best iced coffee I’ve ever had, recommended great drinks, remembered my favorite orders, and clearly put his heart into his work. All in all, this was a perfect holiday week, and we were truly well taken care of. Will come back for sure!

Amazing holiday for 2 adults and a toddler. Stayed end of November 2025, weather still at mid 30's during the day, evenings were around 18-20 so nice and pleasant. Hotel has private beach 10min walk- a beautiful walk and sandy beach with clear water. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and going above and beyond. Heard some other visitors saying they are there for 4th or 5th time. Hotel was spotless, also being next to airport- we didnt hear any planes except an odd one during the day. Only downside was food- repetetive and not much choice for toddler, he didnt eat much except fruit and bread. Some chicken dipper things, or more meats would have been good. Alcoholic beverages very nice too, unlike in some other all inclusive hotels. It was my husbands birthday during the stay, I've asked the reception for something nice, housekeeping decorated the room, and then in the evening he got cake and music and Happy Birthday song, which was so lovely. There are few shops and restaurants next to hotel as well.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we loved it again. The staff and service is amazing, so friendly and attentive. A shout out to the animation team who all excellent and particularly Mr Socks on the animation team so friendly and fun. Also a shout out to Abdu at the hotel bar who looked after us so well and his service was excellent. We will be back for a 3rd time next year. The food in both restaraunts was excellent. We had numerous gifts from the hotel management for being returning customers which was a nice touch. We love the Iberotel Casa del mar.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The service is excellent the staff really take care of everyone and make you feel at home. The food is amazing, and the chef is honestly one of the best! We had a small problem during our stay, but the team handled it immediately and even offered us a lovely compliment, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. The animation team is also fantastic, with two styles French and Egyptian so there’s always something fun and entertaining for everyone. The WiFi was perfect throughout the whole stay, which made everything even more convenient.
