My spouse and I are staying at Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort in Egypt, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude. The entire outdoor area is very well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The food here is exceptionally delicious, diverse, and full of flavor. When it comes to service, we must say that the people working here are cheerful, attentive, and always ready to help. It is something very human and natural, yet truly appreciated. Everything works together like one big team. Housekeeping is wonderful — the towel animals made in the rooms are amazing and bring a special touch. Also, something very practical but important: the fact that WiFi works well both in the hotel and on the beach is excellent. Everything here simply feels convenient and within easy reach. We came here all the way from Estonia to celebrate my birthday, and we would like to say: please value and thank your employees — they are truly wonderful people. This is something both my spouse and I have felt throughout our entire stay. With warm regards from your guests from Estonia. Once again, a very big thank you!

From morning activities to evening shows, the animation was well organized and full of variety. There were games, sports, dance activities, and entertainment suitable for both adults and children. The team was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure everyone felt included and had a good time. The evening shows were a real highlight — fun, lively, and very professional. You could tell the animators put a lot of effort into their performances, and the atmosphere they created was amazing. It was impossible to feel bored with so many activities going on throughout the day. Beyond the animation, the hotel itself was very pleasant: clean rooms, comfortable spaces, and helpful staff. The food was good and offered enough variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing yet lively thanks to the entertainment program.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Del Mar and we will definitely come back! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. The rooms were spotless, the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of options every day. What really makes this place special is the staff – everyone from the reception team to the bartenders and restaurant staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A huge thank you to Jasmin and Tiger – they brought so much energy, fun, and entertainment. They truly create the atmosphere here and made our holiday unforgettable! Highly recommended! 🌴✨
