Mixed Experience – Great Facilities, But Management Team Needs Improvement The hotel facilities are very good, the food offers a nice variety and the overall atmosphere of the resort is enjoyable. A special mention to the animation team for their enthusiasm and energy — they truly bring life to the resort. The camel and horse riding team inside the hotel also deserves praise; the staff are kind and the animals appear well cared for. Not forgetting Ismail, whose paintings are simply amazing. Unfortunately, my experience with the Day Shift Front Office Manager and the Assistant Manager of the Guest Relations department was disappointing. The interaction felt defensive and unnecessarily argumentative and there did not seem to be a genuine willingness to listen or handle concerns professionally. Although a solution was eventually provided, it appeared reluctant rather than service-oriented. Based on this experience, the Front Office Day Manager and Guest Relations Assistant Manager deserve a ONE star for their level of professionalism as frontliners dealing directly with hotel guests. In addition, there were several nights where drunk guests were shouting near our room between 1:00–4:00 am, which significantly disturbed our sleep. When this was brought to the attention of the day duty Front Office, the concern did not appear to be taken seriously. Also, I would also encourage guests to carefully clarify details before booking tours sold by sales representatives who walk around the resort and approach guests. In my experience, the quad desert tour did not fully match how it was presented and payments were non-refundable once made, even when the tour date was still far in advance. It is best to confirm all terms and conditions clearly before making payment. Overall, the resort has many strong points, but I hope improvements will be made in how certain situations are handled at management level, particularly within the Front Office and Guest Relations departments.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The property is very clean, and everything is well maintained. This is my second time staying here, which already says a lot. The staff were excellent. Always friendly, helpful, and professional. They really make the difference. The only downside was the food at the main restaurant, which felt quite repetitive. However, if you book the à la carte restaurants inside the resort, the experience is much better and more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Hurghada Beach Resort.

The resort is exceptional and all the staff are as friendly as can be, always go above and beyond to make everyone enjoy their holiday. The entertainment team are phenomenal and there is always a range of shows and activities that involve the visitors. My glass always feels full as the staff are constantly asking me if I would like another and always pulling out surprises. The rooms are cleaned everyday and left pristine. The food is the best part of the resort. The quality of the food is to die for and there is a vast range for all. I would highly recommend this resort and I would 100% return again.

Just returned home and i have got to say we’ve had a fantastic holiday one of the best, and we travel all over the world but this was our first time in Egypt and it was extra special. All staff went above and beyond every day to make our holiday experience memorable, from fantastic cocktails to great service around the pools and Restaurants, from waiters service making our coffee every morning, we didn’t lift a finger all week. We are gutted to be home. We would definitely return again in the future. All staff was brilliant but these went the extra mile. We didn’t know who big ramy was before we came to Egypt 🇪🇬 but we do now ha ha, so from me and big ramy we thank all the staff at long beach for a wonderful holiday experience.

The best hotel in Hurghada! We stayed here from 3-11/01 in room 278 and we absolutely loved it. Hotel has that insta style, the best variety of food, the staff are amazing. Many thanks to our housekeeper who made sure our room was spotless every day with new design on our bed made from towels and fresh flowers. The animation team playful and always happy. The bar and restaurant staff was top quality making sure we had drinks at the tables and sunbeds at all times. Special thanks to Diving school who accommodated our needs and had a positive can do attitude. This hotel is truly exceptional and we will be back this year again with group of friends. People who work there deserve a medal for being so welcoming. This hotel is always a step ahead of you with whatever you need. I cannot thank them enough for making my holiday so enjoyable. I had packed lunch made by the hotel for my trips, Raham made me lemon and honey drink when I had sore throat, fresh towels in luggage area so you can use pool after you check out, housekeeper welcomed us when we arrived and would always ask if we needed anything, nothing was a problem for the hotel staff, there is nothing this hotel cannot do. I don’t like going to the same places for holidays but I will make an exception this time, this resort is not just a hotel, it’s a family and the people who we met were the nicest ones.
