Hotel is in fantastic position. Lots of shops along the street and close to the Marina. Lots of choice for food, always clean and happy helpful staff. Pool is amazing, and the short walk to the private beach is lovely. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable although view from window was not great. However we only slept in there so not a problem. Animation team are fantastic and work so hard. Would recommend the hotel.

I first stayed at Mina Mark in 2021 and am currently staying here again. It has been great to come back and see how the hotel has continued to improve over the years. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone works hard to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well maintained. Housekeeping is doing a great job, and everything feels well organized. The food is also good, with a nice variety of dishes and something for everyone. I have enjoyed the meals so far and always found something I liked. Overall, I am having a wonderful stay. Mina Mark offers great value for money, a fantastic location, and a team that truly cares about its guests. I am still here, but I can already say that I will definitely come back again.

I can say that everything was okay overall. The beach, bars, pools, and facilities were all decent for the price. The hotel is small, not overcrowded, and surrounded by quite beautiful nature. I even think that almost everyone staying there gets a good view. The food is mostly traditional Egyptian cuisine with spices and some grilled meat, which was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only two downsides are the rooms, which are quite old, and the souvenir shop inside the resort, where an employee may charge tourists as much as €40 for a souvenir, taking advantage of their lack of knowledge about Egyptian currency and prices.

Had an amazing stay here! What stands out the most is definitely the people working here. Big shoutout to the animation team for all the fun activities and bringing everyone together. Huge thanks as well to housekeeping for keeping our room fresh every day, and to the waiters and lifeguards who were super friendly and helpful throughout!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! A vacation that ended in the hospital! At first glance, the reception area looks nice, but the rooms are in terrible condition: old furniture, damaged door frames, and an unbearable smell. We even found an extremely dirty baby cot in the hallway. The food selection is very limited, and we noticed that dishes left over from lunch were served again at dinner, raising serious concerns about food freshness. The worst part was that two other people and I ended up in the hospital with severe digestive problems and fever. After undergoing medical tests, we were diagnosed with gastrointestinal infections, and the doctors suspected that the food served at the hotel was the source. In my case, the problems are serious enough that I need to continue medical investigations after returning to my home country. The only positive aspect is the hotel’s location in the center of Hurghada. AVOID THIS HOTEL! We came here to enjoy our vacation but ended up spending our time in hospitals, receiving IV fluids and medical treatment.
