What made our stay special was definitely the people working at this hotel. Everyone was so kind, respectful and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. My kids were invited to the kids club and it was really awesome. The service was magical. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are great and we enjoyed every moment. Big thanks to the whole team!

⭐ 1/5 – A HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE DISRESPECT! I would like to share an extremely unpleasant and humiliating experience that my husband, my two children, and I had at this hotel’s restaurant. We are staying in the apartments located next to the hotel, which means we do not have the wristbands or badges that allow hotel guests to access the restaurant meals. This was absolutely not an issue for us, as we were more than willing to pay for our meals. While we were there, my son simply handed me a small piece of bread. At that moment, a member of staff approached us in an extremely rude and unpleasant manner, interrupting us and demanding that we pay immediately simply because I had eaten that small piece of bread. I want to make one thing absolutely clear: I NEVER refused to pay! In fact, I PAID IN CASH for my husband’s and my two children’s meals. What makes the situation even more questionable is that we were never given an invoice or receipt for this payment. However, what shocked me the most was the employee’s behaviour. He started shouting at us in front of everyone, putting us in an extremely embarrassing and humiliating situation, right in front of my own children! Is this really how families who come to enjoy their holidays are supposed to be welcomed and treated? We never asked for free food. We were customers who were perfectly willing to pay, and we DID pay! The most outrageous part of this entire situation is that we PAID FOR OUR MEALS AND ENDED UP EATING NOTHING! After this confrontation and public humiliation, we were so shocked, upset, and disappointed that we simply no longer wanted to stay at the restaurant or enjoy our meal. Later, members of staff came back to apologise and offered us plates of food so that we could eat. However, the damage had already been done. After being treated in such a disrespectful way, in front of everyone and especially in front of our children, we had completely lost our appetite. And despite the fact that we did not eat the meals we had paid for, NO REFUND WAS EVER OFFERED! So, to summarise, we paid in cash, received no receipt, did not eat our meals, and were not offered any financial compensation or refund. I find this deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable for an establishment operating in the hospitality and tourism industry. We came to Egypt to enjoy a family holiday, discover the country, and create beautiful memories together. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling deeply disappointed, disrespected, and humiliated. I want to emphasise that this was NEVER about the money. It was about the complete lack of respect, the way we were spoken to, and the humiliation we experienced in front of our children. A simple, polite conversation would have been enough to avoid this entire situation. Making customers pay, failing to provide a receipt, publicly humiliating them, and not even offering a refund when they leave without eating — is this really what hospitality means? I am extremely disappointed by this experience and by the complete lack of professionalism we encountered. I strongly advise families who expect to be treated with basic respect and consideration to avoid this restaurant.

5 stars worthy hotel with no minuses. Clean, comfy, rooms are big enough, clean, smells great 😁, everything is perfect. You must ask for balcony if you smoke, cause there are rooms with no balcony. Food is great, drinks are served in normal glasses. Beach is wide, huge, clean and with enough sun shades. Its a windy place if you hate wind, dont go. Sea is moving a lot. During day you must walk to a swimming point. There are few shops like duty free, jewelry, cosmetics, on the outside of hotel. I loved the ling walking trails with no crowd or too much traffic.
