We have just returned from a wonderful one-week all-inclusive stay at Hotel Best Jacaranda in Costa Adeje, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel is located close to playa de Fañabe, location that is easy accesible to public transport and from the free cruise for Siam Park well known for fun experience in Tenerife. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and offers excellent facilities. The food variety was very good, with plenty of fresh and tasty options every day. The pools, atmosphere, and overall service made our holiday truly relaxing and enjoyable. The activity team offer lots of activities during the day at the pool, also on evenings for kids and adults. A very special mention goes to Ana at RECEPTION, who is absolutely exceptional. Not only is she highly professional and efficient, but she is also genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming as a person. She made us feel valued and taken care of from the very beginning. Staff like Ana truly make a difference and elevate the entire guest experience. Thank you for a beautiful stay — we would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. ❤️

Lovely hotel! We stayed on a self-catering basis as we wanted to try the restaurants around Adeje, so I can’t comment much on the hotel food. The hotel itself is really nice and well maintained. The only downside we found was that although there are several pools, only one of them was heated. With so many children around, it would have been great if a few more pools were heated. It was also difficult to get a sunbed near the heated pool, which made it harder to keep an eye on our children. The rooms are a decent size. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was lovely. The decor is slightly outdated, but considering the price, it’s not something you can really complain about. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect! As a family of four with a teen and child under 5 this was ideal for both! We enjoyed so much we have booked to return. Service is amazing everything with a smile, a shout out to the cleaners who were respectful and so lovely. Food fab enough for even the fussiest eaters and the themed nights make it more. Enough pools, places to get drinks etc. Rooms are air con, sound proof curtains and spacious and spotless, perfectly comfortable and room for all. Of a evening the evening entertainment isnt loud sonyou can relax outside in peace. Ideally located 15mins from the airport and shops across the road, beach 10 minute walk and free bus to siam park across the road. Couldnt fault. Looking forward to returning.

Stayed here foe 4 nights with my Daughter and Grandaughter (11th-16th Feb room D559) Staff are hard working and freindly, great location 5min walk from beach, bars and shops. 20min walk to Las Americas. Cheap taxis and staff happy to call you one approx 10€ to Hard Rock Cafe. Food was outstanding, some of the best I've encountered for all inclusive! If you can't find something to eat.. .you must be super fussy! On valentines night they went above and beyond expectations. Chocolates in rooms and evening meal consisted of lobster, crayfish, muscles, oyster, crab, fresh fish as well as pastas, burgers, fresh cooked meat etc. The cake selection looked absolutely incredible ...I'm not a cake fan however, if you are....you're in fir a treat! Plenty sunbeds and pools. We had 3 on our level. Yes...they are cold.....it's February...but once you get over the shock and are in...its fine. I'm not a hotel fan...however I would definitely return and cannot recommend highly enough. Well done to the Jacaranda Team x

We’ve been here last week to celebrate me and my 8yrs.old daughter birthday getaway for 6days. And all I can say it’s beyond our expectation.We had a memorable,enjoyed & relaxing holiday. Staying in hotel Best Jacaranda for all inclusives as a family makes us a stress-free budgeting with all major cost. The hotel is dated but it’s spacious,well maintained,clean, a nice beautiful pool & sunset view and it’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are friendly. The food got a wide variety in every meal for us to choose. The pool areas are nice and clean. The evening entertainment was also so entertaining especially the mini disco for kids,my daughter was excited that she always looking forward every night after our dinner. We hope to come back her again soon. We love going back to Tenerife.
