We would like to thank Tanu from the Pool Bar who really looked after us during our stay at Beyond Kata Resort. We had a wonderful stay. We can't speak more highly of him. He has a very friendly attitude, disposition and professional approach to his work. One can see that he loves his job and the guests. Tanu is very well spoken, polite, witty, helpful and always well groomed. We think he is a great asset to this fabulous Resort and we would like to wish him all the very best for the future. Kerry and I will miss his beautiful smile each morning I would also like to thank Glenn, the Manager of the resort, for making me a terrific coffee Latte. Kind regards, Kerry & Petra.

This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. We waited over an hour just to check in, with no explanation or apology. The room provided was completely misrepresented — there was no ocean view as advertised, and despite booking a room with two beds, we were told only one was available. The service was equally unacceptable. There was virtually no communication, no sense of urgency, and no genuine attempt to resolve issues that were clearly the hotel’s responsibility. Rather than offering solutions, staff appeared indifferent to our concerns. As a result, we are looking to check out early. This has been the worst hotel experience we’ve had, especially given the price paid. There are many far better hotels offering exceptional service and honest room descriptions for a fraction of the cost. We would not recommend staying here.

Our family recently stayed here and cannot fault the accommodation or staff. From the moment we arrived we felt instantly at home and nothing was too much trouble. The General Manager, Glenn, was very hands on and was interacting with guests on a regular basis (which you will not see often in other hotels). A massive shout out to Tontarn who did an exceptional job and as part of the housekeeping they often go unseen. It was an absolute please to be greeted by gorgeous smiles from Sarai, Sandy and Joss in the Atrium on a daily basis and they were entertained by our 2 yo grandson chasing the kitty cats around. Speaking of entertaining, Aekkarat, was the highlight of our grandson's day and he would often seek out Aekkarat every chance he got. Lastly, but not least, Namwhan, thank you for your invaluable advice. This Hotel offers a lot from the gym, kid club, yoga and aqua exercise and not to mention the Sauna (highly recommend). We also had the pleasure of attending the Loy Krathong Festival during our stay. From the buffet in the Atrium for each meal, the pool and pool bar. This is most definitely a family friendly place to stay and our family would not hesitate to go back. If we could give more stars we certainly would.

Akkerat the Pool manager as well as Glenn the General Manager were outstanding. Fully inclusive package is 100% worthwhile buying. All drinks from coffee to smoothies to wine and cocktails are all included as well as 3 meals per day. Beach is magnificent. You cannot go wrong at this location

Great service and amazing location! Right on the beach, comfortable rooms with ocean view. The highlight of the day is breakfast in the terrace looking at the ocean every morning. Our housekeeping staff AOY was amazing and had a perfect room set up and clean every day with fresh water and a spotless room. Will definitely come back to Beyond Kata!
