We have just returned from a week at TUI Blue Lagoon Princess, and I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel is rated as five stars. In my opinion, the rating is completely misleading. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. I'd rate it 4/10 at best. It was repetitive, lacked authenticity, and often tasted as though the cheapest possible ingredients had been used. On several occasions, the food was simply unappetising. A five-star hotel should offer fresh, high-quality meals with variety, but this fell well short of that standard. The drinks were even worse - 1/10. The soft drinks weren't even genuine, the beer was virtually undrinkable, the wine was poor quality, and the cocktails tasted artificial. For an all-inclusive resort claiming to offer a premium experience, the drinks were frankly unacceptable. To be fair, the rooms were clean, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the grounds were attractive and well maintained. However, clean rooms and tidy gardens are the minimum you should expect from any decent hotel, they do not make up for the poor food and drinks. Overall, this felt like a budget three-star resort masquerading as a five-star property. If you're booking this hotel expecting luxury, exceptional dining, and premium all-inclusive service, you are likely to be very disappointed. We won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine five-star holiday.

My husband and I stayed at Blue Lagoon Village in October 2025, and we had an amazing holiday from start to finish. What stood out most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a great time. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and something different to enjoy every day. We also loved how relaxing the resort felt. Whether we were enjoying the scenery, the beach, or simply spending time together, everything was well organized and made for a stress-free holiday. Even in October the sea was surprisingly warm. The pools were cold in October, but we - two millennial adults - had a blast in the waterpark basically by ourselves!! Also: the gym is very convenient, not too big, but it has what you need for a decent workout! But who needs a gym with animation and an overall beautiful place for running. Our experience was so positive that we have already booked another stay. This August, we’ll be returning with our three children because we can’t wait to share this wonderful place with them. Blue Lagoon Village gave us beautiful memories, and we are looking forward to creating many more. We would happily recommend it to couples and families looking for a fantastic holiday in Greece. Lovely, clean place to stay. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom and garden, great with a young child. Plenty of choice of places to eat and the food was great. One plus was the app to order drinks to your sunbed. Close proximity to the beach and we made use of cabanas which were fabulous with the prosecco and fruit platter as well as the all inclusive drinks service brought to you throughout the day. Just not much around the hotel if you were wanting to go out however this would not stop us returning. 100% recommend!

A nice hotel but definitely not a 5*. Rooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses and great terrace. The bathroom is big but the shower is rather uncomfortable even for a small person. The food in the restaurants is very delicious (also very/too oily) but almost the same every day. The scrambled eggs for breakfast are a disappointment. No fresh juices. The a la cart restaurants are not worth visiting. For some reason two of the three restaurants have their outdoor seating area closed with sliding window doors. Coctails are unbelievably bad. I understand the usage of cheap alcohol but not following the original recipes is ridiculous. Entertainment Is hard to find. The staff is nice and friendly. Overall, not bad but as I said far from a 5 stars.

We stayed in this hotel for one week, just came back. I really liked the place. Rooms were nice and everything worked nicely. If I have to say something about anything, the cleaning had some issues but nothing serious. Food was absolutely great. I liked the variety of it, some changing themes, not just the same fries and beef etc. I also liked the thing the personnel were smiling and spoke english really well. I really had some nice chats with you guys there too. This hotel is situated in a really peacefull beach. Not that much people moving around on the beach or anywhere else. If you like to relax and enjoy, this is absolutely a place to go. Renting a car is a good choise to see places around, go and have walks on the beach or go to see ancient Olynthos like I did, like an hour to see some nice history. I can absolutely recommend this place for anyone. This is nice place to take your time, you can find people or just chill in peace, both ones can be done. Thanks for the nice week, I already miss you!
