We stayed at Blue Lagoon Princess Resort as a family and overall we were very satisfied. The resort is clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a comfortable choice especially for families with children. The rooms and common areas feel airy and uncrowded, which really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of activities for kids, including dedicated children’s pools, which were a big plus for us. Our children were happy and entertained throughout the stay. The food was also very good, with enough variety and quality to keep everyone satisfied during the week. That said, there are a couple of points that could be improved. The swimming pools and the pool bar close at 6:00 pm, which feels quite early compared to other resorts where they usually close around 7:00 pm. This slightly limits the afternoon and early evening relaxation by the pool. Additionally, some fitness and activity sessions are scheduled during meal times. If you plan to follow the main meal schedule, it becomes almost impossible to participate in these activities without missing lunch or dinner. It felt as if TUI, which organised all the activities and entertainment, did not coordinate with the hotel at all resulting in a lack of cohesion in the daily program. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a great family holiday and would recommend the resort, especially for families looking for a clean, comfortable place with good food and child-friendly facilities.

8 pools, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 beach, live music, sports activities, kids club and water slides. Tui Lagoon Princess would be nothing without its incredible staff that always have a smile for you and your children. The local Greek staff give this all inclusive experience a level of hospitality that only they know how to bring. Magnificent people. There is a situation in the grill restaurant where you can eat unlimited gyros kebabs. Unlimited.

We are currently 1 week into a 2 week holiday and it has been great! We were so nervous about coming after the recent spate of poor reviews, but honestly we have had such a different experience. We arrived on 18th May and got a private taxi transfer, so we beat the coach. We were greeted on arrival by the lovely hotel staff and a welcome drink. Check-in was quick and the reception staff were great. Room tax was €210 for 14 nights. As we had upgraded our room, we weren’t in the main building, so they took us to our room in a golf buggy. Our key card didn’t work at first, but the staff member who took our luggage swapped it at reception and brought the new one back to us straight away. The room is clean and in a really good state of repair, with actual double beds that are really comfortable! The bathroom is great too, with 2 showers that both have really good pressure. There’s a free safe in the wardrobe and the air-conditioning works perfectly. The swimming pools are good – a little cold, but still really nice. They let you play ball games and use floats in the main pool despite the signs. The pools don’t open until 9:30am and the main pool is surrounded by a fence, so nobody can put towels down early. No need to rush out at 6am to secure loungers! The drinks are good too. We don’t really drink much, but I had some rum in one of my slushies and it was definitely not watered down like some reviews suggested. The food has been amazing. Not just burgers every night either – we’ve had slow roasted pork, gyros, stews, octopus, roast duck, cod, plus pizza and pasta every evening. Loads to choose from and always hot. We don’t really use the evening entertainment as it’s indoors, but it looks good. We usually sit in the non-smoking area outside where they have a keyboard player and singer. Not the best singer in the world, but definitely better than I could do! The beach is nice too. It’s not a golden Caribbean beach, but it’s still lovely. There are loads of loungers, and although the sea is cool, it’s calm most days. We honestly haven’t come across any rude staff members at all – everyone has been wonderful. The weather has been a bit hit and miss so far, but that obviously isn’t the hotel’s fault. When the weather is nice, it’s perfect. There isn’t a huge amount to do when it rains though, so we brought chess and Monopoly with us! We took a taxi to the local town, Nea Moudania, which took around 15 minutes and cost €20. The harbour town was really nice, and we had a great meal at The Bottice for €100 — 2 ribeye steaks, chicken goujons, calamari and roasted shrimps, and it all tasted great! We went to Fres.co for pudding afterwards though, which is just up the road, and wow! So many desserts to choose from — we had Biscoff cheesecake and cinnamon rolls! My wife has a nut allergy and, according to the allergen list, most desserts in the hotel may contain nuts apart from the jelly, so she was desperate for a treat! This place is fantastic and well worth a visit. All in all, this has been a great holiday, and I am really looking forward to our next week — especially as the weather is looking a lot better... 29°C and clear skies!

We got married here on May 15, 2026, which was very disappointing & did not match our high hopes for our wedding. We booked the Bronze Wedding Package (beach ceremony, Taverna reception). I provided detailed pictures, diagrams, & instructions electronically weeks before our wedding & paper copies upon arrival. The onsite wedding coordinator (Maggie) is not the person we emailed with for >1 year (Franziska) & is not the previous coordinator that many loved (Fotini). We provided electronic & paper copies of décor, timelines, details, etc. weeks before we arrived. We were told 25 mins for them to bring us a new key while standing outside with our stuff. I told Maggie our new room number on my way out for an excursion. She kept asking me to have a meeting on the beach right then & seemed annoyed that I did not have time. She emailed me >10 pm asking to confirm details I’d already confirmed & for a meeting at 10:45 am on my wedding day. When I arrived, Maggie was busy when I arrived—kept me waiting for 30 mis & asked for ANOTHER meeting at 1 pm despite my hair appointment being at 1:30 pm. The hairdresser does not speak English & was completely unfamiliar with clip in hair extensions (she tried to Bobby pin them to my head, then ended up using some sort of powdered glue that ripped my hair). Maggie knew that we planned to say our own vows; however, she never provided us time to do so during the ceremony. I was extremely disappointed as this was very important to us. She did not remember when our speeches/toasts, cake cutting, etc. were supposed to happen & interrupted me many times to ask about these details even though it was all in my documents & had been discussed. We provided cake decoration & inspiration photos; however, our cake looked nothing like the photos. After we cut it, we never got a price nor did most guests (our contract said the cake would be “cut and served at dinner”). When we returned to our room, we found the leftover cake on a large plate on our coffee table, uncovered, & too large to fit in our mini fridge or the trashcan. The included couples massage was not a massage at all. We asked for firm pressure yet were told it would be “only light pressure.” It was only 30 mins instead of 75 mins. 20 mins before our included candlelight dinner, staff asked us to resolve a balance (we planned to do this during checkout but obliged). They gave us an incorrect amount & when we questioned it, they kept us waiting for 40 mins at which point we went offsite for food too frustrated for the candlelight dinner.
