We highly recommend this hotel. The food is delicious, everything is fresh and varied. The view from the top of the hotel is amazing, the pool is amazing, clean, and the jacuzzi is amazing. The best part is the park with classical music. You can grab a drink from the bar and enjoy this place, like in paradise in the botanical garden. The manager is very nice, positive, open-minded, and there are great shows in the evenings. We will definitely be back.🤩🌵🌴🫶🥂❤️ We love this place 😍❤️missing

This hotel could easily be excellent, but it's a shame that it lets itself down in very simple ways. Most of the staff are very good - friendly and helpful. The chef and restaurant manager were particularly accommodating. However, the male staff in the restaurant were not at all helpful and they left me feeling like I was being a nuisance by raising some questions regarding dietary requirements. Similarly, bar staff were generally very pleasant. However, one in particular was clearly jaded by having to tell foreign guests that they could not get inclusive drinks from the upstairs bar. It's not our fault for not knowing. Maybe a clear sign would mean she doesn't have to repeat herself over the course of the evening and would therefore drop the attitude. The entertainment staff were fantastic with the kids. However, the arcade games need servicing and frequently ate coins. The pool was freezing and unusable. I'd rather pay an extra 10-15 euros a night and have a pool that's properly heated. The snacks poolside were left to go stale and the chickens are a pain. The gym is small, but quite well equipped. The bus service into town is a nice touch. I wouldn't stay again, but it wasn't bad.

I thought it was lovely here. I can see how people could say it was dated but it was stoll nice and clean. Do try to get rooms sunrise/teide or pool side for nicest views. Free shuttle bus to and from town weekdays 10am until last return 6.15pm. Taxis 5-6euros to seafront each way. Food was good for a 1 week stay would get bit samey if staying longer but each day meal offered was slightly different , with the same staples always available. Basic salad items, nuts, seeds, Pasta, rice, fries, pizza, paella, with varied meats, different fish each day, Would suit kids as plain stuff on offer that u can add other bits too and a self serve gelato/ice cream station. The house wine was OK, cocktails strong but syrupy. Outdoor Pool is cold- but I'm OK with that, stay in for 5+mins and your body gets used to it and would be nice in the heat of summer. Spa well worth the 18euros for 1.45hr session sauna, hamam, hot, warm and cold plunges, hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, spacious not crowded. Be aware your close to the mountain so make the most of the sun when it's out, once the clouds come in round tiede thats it! Choose South for more sunshine, perfect up here if you want it a little cooler!

What was meant to be a relaxing 3-night getaway turned into a one-night endurance test. Thankfully, we had the luxury of escaping back home. If we hadn’t… honestly, I don’t want to imagine it. The adventure begins at check-in: 30 minutes standing there while they tried to locate our reservation, as if it were a lost relic. Great start. The elevators deserve a special mention... straight out of an 80s horror movie. I half expected eerie music and a jump scare between floors. We entered the room and were greeted by a smell of sewage and no towels, so had to go find some from one of the cleaning staff on a different floor. The buffet followed shortly after: you won’t starve, but you also won’t remember eating there, because there’s very little variety and even less excitement. Now, sleeping. Or rather, attempting to sleep: Pillows with the structural integrity of a napkin A mattress that actively fought our backs with exposed springs Blankets so old and dusty they might qualify as historical artifacts Outcome: cold, sore, and awake most of the night To add to the fun, we were all-inclusive, which apparently means you’re issued two reusable plastic cups at reception and must carry them around like prized possessions if you want a drink. Congratulations, you’re now on holiday with equipment. Eco-friendly? Yes. Four-star experience? Absolutely not. The only thing keeping this place from total disaster is the staff. Genuinely kind, polite, and clearly doing heroic work with what they’re given. They deserve a medal. Or at least a better hotel. Final verdict: we left because we could. If we hadn’t had that option, this review would probably be much darker. Would we return? No. Would we recommend it? Also no.

The first night, was ok we just arrived we relaxed the food was new so we liked . But when we got into the room I was so horrified the room has an seventeen type of room the bed sheets stained blanket not good and their was no way to make it warm they had no AC no nothing we slept in the cold and that's how it was until we left. The food at the buffet was just bad the fish was soo disgusting and the bacon was dry and hard the bread was stale and they just served the same stuff every day and it was never new , the food was from like yesterday they just put it in the fridge. AND!! they charge you 18Euro just for the indoor pool normaly it's in the all inclusive pack , the craziest thing is that the outside was free and inside was not the outside pool had no heating or anything just cold and miserable water my son cought a cold when we left . I forgot to mention the lifeguard was very rude to my son , just because we was playing with water but when the other kids did the lifeguard did nothing ,Explain that . And the only good thing was the view from our room and the kids the people , about kids their is not lots of activities for the kids to do because the pool is open for 1hour and 30 mins for the kids and they get bored very quickly
