Nice, clean hotel with helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. The other guests were lovely too. The food was okay with plenty of choice, so there was always something to eat. It wasn’t always hot, but there was a microwave available if needed. The paella at lunch every other day was really tasty and was definitely a highlight. Great location with lots to do nearby and plenty of nice bars within walking distance, especially Acevino. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

I recently stayed at the BLUESEA Interpalace and overall had a good experience, especially as someone who hasn’t travelled a lot before. One thing I found difficult at first was locating information about the entertainment schedule around the hotel. However, after asking at reception, they kindly provided me with a copy of the timetable which made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. The food was okay overall, although unfortunately I was served a raw beef patty at one point which was disappointing. Thankfully, the dessert bar definitely made up for it with a really good selection. One of the highlights for me was getting to do a free 360-degree video experience, which was a really fun extra. I also want to give special praise to one of the female staff members who was absolutely amazing. I was really impressed by how many languages she could speak and how helpful and welcoming she was throughout the stay. Overall, despite a couple of issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of bars and shops. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable, however, they could do with a little updating and a lick of paint. We are here on all-inclusive, the bars offer the standard spirits, all local and a local larger all good. The buffet meals have plenty of choice, so something for everyone and it's all been quite tasty. All the staff have been friendly and happy to help. All in all it has been a great mini break for myself and my husband. We would come again.

Very clean , very nice hotel, we'll equipped rooms that are cleaned everyday. Food is good my only issue is the lack of info given where various areas are etc. Took us a day to find the All Inc Bar and entertainment after finding a private bar on the roof of the building which we had to pay for , that said its well worth a visit as the view is incredible and the bar itself is very nice ! The entertainment on both nights we attended was very good quality for an All Inc Hotel! Very nice All round but if you want wall to wall sunshine Puerto De La Cruz isnt the place to come, its very often cloudy due to the mountainous area it sits below.

On arrival the hotel looks beautiful and clean, On Check in only gave us 1 key which was a nightmare, room was spacious and clean and tidy with large balcony,, also offering to use the two hotels opposite for dining and facilities. Food/dining the food was very basic and standard which gets very boring which results in people just eating for the sake of eating wouldn’t like to be staying longer than a week, but do have a lot of restaurants around the area to eat but defeats the point you pay all inclusive. Weather wasn’t too good very cloudy and cold in this area, Pool was ok but again children are not allowed floaters balls etc so can be boring for young children. Roof top bar is a very relaxed beautiful area. Pool bar and towels you have to pay to use daily which I have never known this in an all inclusive holiday, Bedding in the room was not changed once, cups was not replaced with fresh cups and the tea and coffee in your rooms was not replenished to which we was told this is not part of the all inclusive again never known this in an all inclusive Package.safe to say will not be returning to this hotel or this side of Tenerife definitely the south side in future
