We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were all friendly, the food was great and we loved the different variations of offer for lunch & dinner! The hotel pool was always the perfect temperature and there were always plenty of sunbeds so no sunbed wars required! The area was quiet and beautiful with a short walk to a great black sand beach! The room was big and spacious, just needs some touch ups of updates but it didn’t affect our stay at all! We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Tenerife :)

Tenerife itself is beautiful, stunnibg views and lovely weather, however the location of this hotel isn't great as there's not alot to do we ended up hiring a car as most things were about an hour away. The hotel itself was shocking. The reception, dining room and entertainment area where as pictured but thats about it. There wasnt really entertainment, they had 1 or two things more suitable for teens or adult eg the played volleyball in the pool and they did have a shooting thing on somewhere at some point. Mondays and Tuesdays they have no activities at all and no entertainment either. They say there is a mini disco for kids, there is not, just an empty room with music, a few ballons were given out one night. My son is 5 and had nothing to do here other than go in the pool which we weren't aloud to have fun in, no floats etc. The food was awful, no flavour or tastes disgusting and very limited options, very small stretch and run out of food quickly and your always waiting, lots of carbs not much protien. cutlery running out. Tea and coffee machine only available for breakfast just pop juice and alcohol for other meal times. The room said it was a family junior suit (apparently), the children slept in the main bedroom on the twin beds, as they wouldn't get in sleeping together especially with the age gap and we had to sleep on the very uncomfortable pull out sofa bed and I have a medical spinal problem, so took its toll. The rooms were also very basis and the bathroom in particularly, wasnt clean. I would avoid this hotel at all costs if your planning a family holiday there is nothing for them here. I specifically asked for a kids club and plenty of activities but they have neither. The kids club pictured on the advertisings doesnt even exist. The park shown is a public park next to the hotel not actually part of the hotel. There was karaoke twice which is done off YouTube and there was a quiz night which was to put your hand up and first come first serve in answer. No paper and pens or final score between groups. You had to pay for any drinks or food after 11pm. At check in you are also given the amount of cups per person staying, you have to keep them with you for your drinks and will be charged 1 euro per cup if you loose them. You can get them changed each time for a fresh cup bit sees pointless to me its just more mither going to and from the room if you go out of the hotel or have to keep them in your bag. All round worst hotel we have stayed at, if we hadnt have had the car which not all people can afford we would have been very isolated with nothing to do, im so glad it was only a week. AVOID! (Photos show what is advertised to what its actually like)

Pretty disappointing stay overall. The food was awful — same thing every day — and the plates and glasses were often dirty. There was barely any entertainment, and the “snacks throughout the day” just didn’t exist. The place clearly needs maintenance; a few of the photos I’ve attached show things like broken fixtures, rust, and even a cockroach by the pool. The lifeguard may as well have not even been there. Only positives were that it was cheap and the maid service was great, rooms were cleaned properly every day. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again.

⭐ 1/5 “Would not stay again” Blue Sea Caesar Hotel, Puerto de Santiago Unfortunately, our experience at Blue Sea Caesar was very disappointing. The corridors and gym areas smell strongly of sewage, and the room had several maintenance issues. The safe didn’t work, the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up properly, and the shower pressure was barely a trickle. On one morning the water stopped working completely and then spluttered out all over the bathroom when it finally returned. The pool is very small, more for paddling than swimming, and the “all-inclusive” offer feels misleading. We were charged for bottled water (€1.50 each) even though it costs 55 cents in the local shop. Drinks were only served in plastic cups, and we weren’t allowed real glass at all. Everything tasted unpleasantly of plastic, and we had to carry our cup around even when we weren’t drinking, otherwise we’d be charged for a new one. The alcohol included was very low quality, and you had to pay extra if you wanted a spirit that didn’t give you a headache. The buffet food was shockingly poor quality. Much of it seemed to come from tins, hot food was served cold, and several items had an unpleasant chemical taste. One of the desserts even had visible mould on it. At breakfast, the only decent option was the croissants, which ran out quickly. The coffee and juice were very low quality, and one morning I was even hit by pigeon droppings while eating on the terrace. Housekeeping replaced our towels with ones that had visible marks, and the hotel itself feels extremely dated and in need of refurbishment. Activities listed on the daily programme never happened, when we asked about pétanque or ping pong, staff either didn’t know or said it wasn’t available. To be fair, the sea view from our room was lovely, the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, these small positives didn’t make up for the overall experience, which fell far below expectations. Would not stay again or recommend.

Rooms ok, but need updating, bathroom definitely need attention, small work top hardly ever cleaned during our stay. Food was not great, always luke warm or cold, one lady in restaurant was pleasant and always spoke, all other staff in restaurant very unsociable. The hotel smelt of sewage not pleasant. No air conditioning in the restaurant or the entertainment area was not exceptable (apparently broken for a few weeks). The pool are was pleasant, plenty of umbrellas and sun beds but beds packed in to close together. The entertainment person worked hard but not for us very much for the young people and those of forgien origin. Location was ok, a short walk to the black sandy beach, only went once as sunbeds uncomfortable. Lovely Chinese and Indian near by, used these a few times as we needed decent food. We have been to a blue sea hotel in Majorca so thought this would be of the same standard but unfortunately not, we definitely have been put of from using in the future , we went with friends and was confident that hotel would be good. We definitely will not return.
