We had a wonderful experience in yatch club celebrating a birthday at Bvlgari today. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and received exceptional service. The staff was attentive, professional, and made us feel truly special throughout the entire afternoon. A special thank you to Héctor, who took such great care of us. His recommendation of a delicious wine was absolutely perfect and made our celebration even more enjoyable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. The food, the atmosphere, and every detail exceeded our expectations, making this birthday celebration unforgettable. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience. Absolutely love the new Terraza at Bvlgari Resort Dubai! What was already a favourite spot has been beautifully transformed into such a cosy, elegant space that's perfect for any time of day. The breakfast menu is as exquisite as ever, the service is top-notch, and the new terrazza concept is beautiful. A special mention to the beautiful crockery too!!! I completely fell in love with it! Every detail has been so thoughtfully curated and it makes the whole experience feel even more special. Kudos to the management for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and the kind and attentive staff! We’ll definitely be back!

Our experience at Bulgari Hotel Dubai was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had at a luxury hotel. We arrived in our Tesla and, as we pulled up to the valet, we realized we couldn’t find the key card. We immediately informed the valet staff and explained that if they drove the car without the key card, it would stop. We politely asked if they could make a one-time exception and allow us to leave the car at the entrance while we searched for the key. The valet called the manager, who was introduced as either Andy or Ryan. Instead of trying to help or finding a solution, he repeatedly recited the hotel’s policies without showing any understanding or flexibility. We explained that our family had already been waiting inside for over 30 minutes while we went back and forth trying to resolve the situation, but he showed absolutely no willingness to assist. When we asked whether, as the manager, he had the authority to make a reasonable exception, he simply continued repeating the rules. His only suggestion was for us to self-park and wait for a buggy to collect us. This was in nearly 50°C weather, despite us visiting a five-star luxury hotel and spending approximately AED 800 on afternoon tea. What made the situation even worse was his attitude. Rather than listening or trying to de-escalate the situation, he kept saying, “You’re disrespecting me.” At no point was this personal. We were not disrespecting him—we were simply asking for a practical solution to an unusual situation. A luxury hotel should be defined by exceptional service, problem-solving, and hospitality, not by someone hiding behind policy with no empathy or authority to help. Luxury isn’t just about beautiful buildings; it’s about how guests are treated when something unexpected happens. Unfortunately, this experience showed us the complete opposite. After this experience, we have no intention of returning to Bulgari Hotel Dubai, and we certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting the level of service that a hotel of this reputation should provide.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Ozzy. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. His positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer service made a huge difference and turned my experience into a very pleasant one. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about some of the other staff members, who seemed unwelcoming and weren’t nearly as cooperative. Odzi truly stood out with his kindness, professionalism, and the way he treats customers with respect. He is a great asset to the team, and I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized.
