Overall, the hotel is fine. It is located close to the beach, which is pebbly, but not particularly inconvenient. The food is decent, with a good variety, so everyone should be able to find something they like. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. However, there is one huge downside for me: the hotel seems to be very much focused on Italian guests. If you are of another nationality, you can really feel like a second-class guest. The evening entertainment is only in Italian, or mostly in Italian. During one show, which was supposed to be for everyone (a Variety Show), one of the Italian animators even made a “joke” in Italian (I understand basic Italian) saying that there were more Italians, so he wasn’t even going to bother translating anything. Apparently, that was supposed to be funny. The mini disco was also entirely in Italian. I was staying with my two young daughters, and it was honestly quite sad to have to explain to a child that she cannot understand what is being said because the activities are basically aimed at Italian children. As a result, Italian guests also seem to behave as if they have some kind of additional privileges. I have stayed at several Mitsis hotels before, and I have never experienced this kind of favouritism. This is definitely not what I expected from this hotel chain. Unfortunately, this aspect really disappointed me and affected my overall experience.

We had a great time at La Pergola restaurant. The meal was very delicious and the service was great. The dish with sea bass filet was extremely elegant. The mixture of flavours was marvellous. The dessert was full with flavour. Cinnamon and ambrosia notes were extraordinary delicious edition to flavour palette. I can definitely recommend to visit this restaurant!

Recently returned from a holiday at this hotel and still feeling like being here. We felt like at home. Everyone was kind and helpful. Hotel area is spotless, full of beautiful flowers. Beach is nice with plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately, there is a strong wind for most of the time, but this is not this hotel's fault. As for food, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. As a person who does not need so much meat, I had a lot og tasty vegetarian options. Please, send a special thank you to an Italian guy, who cooks pasta. We loved that. At last, but not least, there are adorable cats. I hope they are well cared of. To sum up, I would recommend visiting this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy relaxing time.

To be honest the best for me where animators. Chiara, thank you for your energy, yoga classes and step. You're really kind person I've every met. Mishia, I'm grateful for mini disco and all the exercises, please don't change yourself. Joshua, you're really crazy, but I'm stilo enjoy you. Thank you for common volleyball matches and pool games. Florian, incredible guy with fantastic talents. Thank you for Waters polo and marvelous fun. I'm grateful for the whole group of animators. You're the heart of this place.🥺💕💪

This place was wonderful, it has its own private beach, it’s relatively close to a city and I love the events when I went there, I wish I would’ve been there longer but 7 days was maximum until the plane arrived and then I had to go back home because of school. I really liked the rooms and the style of the outside of the room the blue and white colour design which looks like how you would see Greek places on images and I loved what food you guys served there too and there are also other places nearby like a sports pub, a spar and more. And there was a party on Thursday which was really one of the best moments of my life it was super fun and entertaining and it was even better when I met this girl and her family and I wished I would’ve seen them longer. So overall, this was one of the best hotels I went to as a 14 year old
