Just finished a weeks stay here for my hen do and could not recommend Cooks Club enough! Room was clean and spacious with clean towels provided everyday and a kettle and iron available upon request. A shower room is available to book if returning home later than check out and bags can be left in a secure room. The pool was clean with plenty of very comfortable sunbeds and the DJ played a great mixture of lounge music throughout the day. Fresh towels available everyday at reception. Also a brilliant range of evening entertainment for those who wished to stay at the hotel. Breakfast had so much choice with fresh items available upon request and the pool food & cocktails were amazing! Also a wide range of milk available for those who prefer a milk alternative! The location is perfect, so close to the beach and main area but also set back from the main road so feels secluded. The staff are so friendly, constantly tidying up and checking to ensure guests are happy. Erika went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again in the future!

An amazing stay for my friends hen do! The perfect location as everything is in walking distance, but also is set off the main road so don’t feel overlooked. The room was perfect for the 3 of us! No kettle or iron in the room, but brought up immediately if requested at reception. The staff are super friendly, and we were looked after by Erica amazingly - I contacted the hotel prior to arrival and had a note left in the room and she remembered us every night - just a lovely touch that made us feel special! Cocktails yummy and breakfast is included with such a range of options. Would definitely recommend eating round the pool as well! Definitely will return if I came to Crete again!

We love coming here. This is our second time coming here. Just me and my sister this time. The staff are absolutely fantastic, it’s very relaxed and very clean. They even remembered me and my husband from last year and brought up a complimentary bottle of wine in a bucket of ice and left a lovely note also. So very special. Lots of love to Erika and Irina, who made our stay so special. I love the yoga and Pilates, I just wish these were on every morning 🧘🏽‍♀️ The gym is great, lots of equipment to choose from , but the only thing missing was a rowing machine. I mentioned this to Erika, so I hope they get one for next time I’m there. We love it here, and will definitely be back again…it’s a little gem of a place, with friendly smiling staff. 🇬🇷❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Cooks Club Crete was simply outstanding! The entire team was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The food was excellent, varied, and of very high quality. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. A special highlight was the full-body massage by Irene. She is an excellent masseuse—professional, caring, and highly skilled. The massage was incredibly relaxing and the perfect addition to our stay. We highly recommend Cooks Club Crete and would be delighted to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited Crete in the summer of 2025 and stayed in Hersonissos at Cooks Hotel. My choice was absolutely right. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed. The food was delicious and offered great value for money. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended — I will definitely visit again 🩷
