Stunning hotel with lots of things to do. Perfect if you have a family as there is lots to do and a water slide which is free to use. Loads of different pools also lots of different options when it comes to the all inclusive. The top pool where the children's area and club is they have different snack options which also include a salad selection. I really liked this as it was a smaller option for a lunch and also unlimited fruit if you want to. The hotel is lovely the all inclusive is brilliant with lots of choice. We used the Spa when we was there which was great. We both had a herbal body scrub which was amazing. Maria & Eva where really good at there jobs. The only slight thing that I di think that needs to be changed is the information for the soa, on the leaflet it gives you the amount of minutes it takes for the pamper rather than the price, this is confusing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel.The Hotel staff was very attentive and kind ,the food at the buffet delicious with many diffrent choices. Drinks at all the bars were also amazing ,especially in main lobby bar.Lifeguards at the hotel aqupark were wonderful dudes and I wish them the best, we had very fun time there. The performances at the theater were a hit or miss magic show and circus were great but the musical quizz ,Karaoke and Men vs Women terrible

We absolutely adore the hotel with its large surroundings, beautiful landscape, and the absolute best hospitality. We've come to the hotel for three years in a row and plan to come back next year. We just wanted to take the opportunity to thank the whole team because you made the stay absolutely wonderful, the team is so welcoming, warm-hearted, professional and cordial, the ambiance is so peaceful, the food absolutely delicious: the buffet and the two extra-restaurants (Greek and Italian). The whole stay was just perfect.

We got back from our 10 night stay at the Grand Hotel at the weekend. As a family of 5 with myself, my husband, 2 children and my father-in-law, the hotel was outstanding. The food was top notch, with plenty to choose from and a wide range for all to enjoy. My children are quite fussy eaters but they had plenty to choose from for every meal. The hotel is absolutely spotless throughout. The thing that makes this hotel the most special though is the staff and the service they provide. The bar staff, especially at the children's pool were amazing, very knowledgeable. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children, even our high-energy boys! Absolutely nothing to put down at all, even the hills between the rooms/splash pool weren't an issue as they had transport driving guests up and down to the main areas. We were all so sad to leave and would definitely consider this hotel for next year!

We had a really lovely stay at the Grand Hotel in Crete and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was very clean throughout and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We did have a minor issue with the shower when we arrived, but it was fixed quickly and Alexander, the Operations Manager, was fantastic and really looked after us during our stay. The food was good quality across the hotel. There wasn’t a massive choice every day, but what was available was always fresh and well cooked definitely quality over quantity. Breakfast was especially good, and the à la carte restaurant was excellent with amazing food and service. The hotel pools were great and the slides were really good fun. I also visited the spa and really enjoyed it, especially the massage which was well worth trying. Our room (623) was in a really good position with nice views and easy access around the hotel. I probably wouldn’t want one of the rooms right at the back though as the hill is very steep. We also walked into Stalis a few times, which is around a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed eating out there and our favourite restaurant was the Romantic Corner, which is the first restaurant you come to on the beachfront. The food was excellent and the sea views were stunning, especially in the evening. We also found Stalis Beach to be the nicest nearby beach. We were actually really pleased we didn’t go all-inclusive, as it gave us the chance to try some lovely restaurants in Stalis and we never felt like we were missing out by eating away from the hotel. Overall, a really enjoyable holiday and a hotel we would happily return to
