There were four of us there. We had a very nice two-room apartment with a sea view. The staff cleaned and changed towels daily. The resort is beautifully situated on the seafront, with plenty of pools, waterslides, and entertainment for children. The very professional reception staff (Mr. Vardoulakis - best regards) coordinated the return of our lost belongings after we returned home. We had a wonderful vacation there.

Such a lovely animator team! Me and my family have been going here for the past 7 years and I never had this much fun. Mario, Mari and Antonio are such lovely people. I have played darts, water polo and petanque with Antonio and never laughed this hard at a holiday. Their everyday evening program always brought joy with their energy and smiles, same with the disco :)! I hope they'll continue being in this hotel and I would love to see them again next year!!

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and I would never make the same mistake again. The problems started at check-in. I had booked an all-inclusive package, but when we arrived, we were asked to pay around €100. Nobody clearly explained what this charge was for. On top of that, we were told that if we wanted to use the air conditioning in our sea-view room, we had to pay €10 per night. For our 5-night stay, that was an extra €50, just to receive the remote control for the air conditioner. I found this completely unacceptable. The beach was very small and not clean. The staff were unfriendly and the service was disappointing. The food was also poor. The bread was exactly the same every single day, and there was very little variety overall. Overall, this hotel was a big disappointment. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

The worst hotel ever, the food very bad and low quality. The plates very dirty , the old woman that work in the reception very aggressive and unpolite. There is no room service to clean the rooms every day. It’s only every two days. You have to pay full r everything even if u have all inclusive, for example air condition not for free, towels for the pool or beach not for free.

⚠️ DISGRACE OF A HOTEL — AVOID AT ALL COSTS ⚠️ I’m here now and counting down the days for this holiday to end — a trip I waited for all year, completely ruined. I’ve stayed in 3-star all-inclusive hotels that blow this place out of the water — and they were half the price. This place isn’t even close to 4-star. It’s a complete joke. Food: Smells rotten. Same reused rice, pasta, and sides every day. I got sick with nausea. Spoke to 8 families — all agreed the food is disgusting and unsafe. Drinks: Beer is like water, wine and spirits have no strength, no cocktails or variety. “All-inclusive” is a scam. Snacks: Nothing. No fast food, no ice cream, nothing between meals. Just the bare minimum. Safety: No lifeguards. I cut my foot on something sharp in the pool. Staff took 30 minutes to react and didn’t care. Totally unsafe. Service: Bar staff at the main pool act like they’re being forced to work and treat guests like a problem. Reception is no better. No professionalism, no respect. Room Wait: Got here at 10 AM — waited 6 hours for a room while other groups walked right in. No apology. Just ignored. This hotel is a disgrace. Filthy, unsafe, lazy, and not worth your time or money. Final notes: This place is falsely advertised and a scam. It’s not a real all-inclusive — “all-inclusive light” or full board would be more accurate. I don’t know how any reputable travel agency can promote this filth. It’s nothing but a money trap. Stay far away.
