The water park was amazing and suitable for all ages. The children had a fantastic time and really enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely and well-maintained garden. The rooms were cleaned every day, and with the all-inclusive package, we had everything we needed. We never felt that anything was missing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has the opportunity to stay here. However, I would not recommend booking an Annex Room. From what we heard and from talking to another family, their experience was not pleasant. The Annex Rooms are located far from the main hotel, and you have to cross a very busy road several times a day, which is tiring and inconvenient. The hotel is a large resort, so you will never get bored. The animation team was fantastic, and we had the pleasure of meeting Andrei, who was part of the entertainment team. He always invited us to join the activities, was very friendly, and was happy to explain everything. His positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. We never needed to add salt or pepper because everything was cooked with great care and high-quality ingredients. This hotel is expensive, but it is absolutely worth the money for everything it offers. Overall, we had an exceptional holiday, and we would definitely come back.

We stayed in a standard room. So for what we paid, it wasn't too bad. No privacy on the balconies in the rooms as they are glass. However this is only for the building over the road from the resort. Staff were all friendly, made us feel welcome. The resort its self is MASSIVE! Me and my partner is was too big but for a family it is spot on. You definitely wont run out of things to do there. Entertainment in the evenings which is family friendly. 3 all inclusive restaurants, 2 are 3 meals a day and 1 is breakfast only. 3 all inclusive bars including the reception. Pool table and TVs in reception also. Would recommend to anyone, mainly families as they would get the most for their money

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at this hotel, as unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fell short of basic expectations. First and foremost, the service at the beach bar was notably poor. I encountered a staff member who was consistently arrogant and unpleasant, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable for guests. Regarding the hotel facilities and logistics, there were a few significant issues: Beach Access & Cleanliness: Guests must cross a public road to reach the hotel's private beach. Furthermore, the beach area itself was not well-maintained and was quite dirty. Room Assignment: Upon arrival, I specifically requested a room in a quieter area. Despite this, we were placed directly next to the hotel’s disco, which hosted loud events every single night until 10:00 PM. This made it impossible to relax or sleep during those hours. Room Comfort: The double bed was undersized for two people and excessively soft. Moreover, the mattress did not fit the frame properly and kept sliding off, which was incredibly frustrating. Amenities: We were disappointed to find that complimentary drinking water is not provided anywhere on the premises. We were only given two bottles upon check-in, and after that, we were expected to pay for water regardless of where we went, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Overall, the value for money was not reflected in the quality of the stay or the level of service provided. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to address these issues for future guests.

Dear Star Beach Village Team, We stayed at your hotel for one week last week, and we were extremely satisfied with the food, the services, and especially the kindness and helpfulness of your staff. The beach is wonderful, and it was a fantastic experience to spend a week here with our child, who also enjoyed the holiday very much. We particularly appreciated the family-friendly design of the hotel. We would like to highlight the playground next to the main restaurant, which allows parents to enjoy their meals in peace while their children play safely nearby and remain within sight at all times. This is an excellent hotel for families with young children, and we can highly recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience.

What a fantastic resort! The staff here work tirelessly and always greet you with a warm smile. Our family suite was incredibly spacious, featuring plenty of comfortable beds and two bathrooms, which made our stay so much easier. The hotel territory is massive, with stunning pools and beautifully kept gardens — you could spend days just exploring it all. The kids absolutely loved the water slides! The dining options are outstanding. It’s easily the best all-inclusive food we've ever had, and they are fantastic at accommodating special dietary needs with great care and personal attention. The entertainment was also a huge highlight. Big thanks to the brilliant animators who kept the energy high all day! This hotel is a perfect choice for families, and we can’t wait to book our next stay✨
