The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are decent and comfortable. Air conditioning is provided free of charge, which is a nice advantage. One downside is the bathroom design. Although the toilet has a glass door, it does not provide much privacy because there is a large gap at the top, so every sound can be heard, similar to a public restroom. The door also got stuck on the morning of our arrival, but the reception staff responded very quickly and fixed the issue promptly. We stayed on a half-board basis, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was very tasty, with a wide variety of options available every day. The hotel cooperates with a taverna on the beach located about 300 meters away and provides free sunbeds for its guests, which is a great benefit. A special mention goes to the lady working at the bar. She was wonderful, friendly, and professional, and truly deserves all the appreciation. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 days and had an amazing time! All the staff where amazing, in particular Mrs Eleni and young lady called Nadia made us feel so at home! Always greated with a smile in the mornings and each time we entered the hotel. Whilst we where here I propsed to my now fiancé and both where so happy and supportive of us both as a pair and me in the lead up to the proposal offering support to make it extra special, giving me a smile and wink on the day I planned to do it and making a huge fuss over my partner and her rings... Yes rings plural❤️ which made her feel extra special. Mrs Eleni even gave us an engagement present, a hug and wished us well with our future when we checked out. I will be forever greatful for this hotel and it's staff for being such an amazing part of our special moment. Thank you!!!! Lewis + Jaimie-lea

3.5/10 – unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh the positives Let’s start with the positives. The reception staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Considering the rather unusual layout of the hotel and the number of rooms located very close to one another, our room was fortunately situated slightly to the side, which gave us a little more privacy. The room itself was reasonably well laid out and comfortable enough. The swimming pool is another plus, although one could argue that this is something you would simply expect from a hotel of this kind rather than a particular advantage. One genuinely useful feature is the possibility of renting a car directly at the hotel. The process was refreshingly simple: a driving licence was enough, with no credit card or unnecessary formalities required. There were two types of cars available, a Citroën and, if I remember correctly, a Ford. Having a car turned out to be extremely useful during our stay. The hotel is also adults-only, which was one of the reasons we chose it. Unfortunately, the peaceful atmosphere we had expected from an adults-only hotel was difficult to find because of the location. The hotel sits between two very busy roads. On one side there is the main expressway running across Crete, while immediately behind the hotel wall there is another heavily trafficked road. We found the constant noise from cars, buses, lorries, motorcycles and even tractors difficult to ignore. Buses stopping or parking next to the hotel are high enough for passengers to see over the fence towards the pool area, which, for us, reduced the sense of privacy. Then there is the music from the pool bar. Covers of well-known songs played for hours and, for us at least, became rather tiring. Perhaps some guests enjoy the atmosphere; unfortunately, it wasn’t for us. Between the music and the traffic, this was not the peaceful adults-only experience we had expected. The biggest disappointment for us, however, was the food. We found the overall quality very disappointing, particularly the fruit and vegetables. Many dishes came with strongly flavoured sauces, and overall we were disappointed by the quality and freshness of some of the ingredients. On subsequent days, we also noticed dishes that appeared to make use of ingredients similar to those served at previous meals, prepared and presented in a different way. For us, eating at the hotel became something to endure rather than enjoy, which was particularly disappointing in a country with such an extraordinary food culture. We were also surprised that water had to be paid for separately at dinner. In addition, our experience with some of the staff working in the restaurant area was noticeably less welcoming than with the reception team. Ultimately, being able to rent a car was almost the saving grace of the stay, because it allowed us to leave the hotel and explore Crete independently. Without that option, I would personally have found a longer stay difficult. There are certainly positives: friendly reception staff, a decent room layout, the pool, the adults-only policy and very convenient car rental. Unfortunately, for us these were overshadowed by the noisy location, limited privacy around the pool, persistent pool-bar music and, above all, a disappointing dining experience. Overall: 3.5/10.

What a great hotel rooms are spotless cleaners are lovely even left us a flower on our beds. Food was great plenty of options for everyone. The pool bar is just brilliant there was a young man working there his name is Emiraldo was always so polite and happy always good for a chat the drinks and cocktails were amazing the bar food which we had most days was very favourable. The pool was nice and relaxing with plenty of beds for everyone. The reception staff were always on had to help with all your needs and even upgraded us to a sweet when we arrive we stay in 518 what a great room with a sun trapped balcony the air-conditioning is excellent I really mean that. The room had a TV with all the apps so you can sign into your own account to watch TV. You get room towels and they give you beach towels which is a big help there's a little shop that has snacks which was very handy. I highly recommend this hotel as we felt really at home here. There are numerous restaurants nearby and some lovely beaches within a 5min walk. Thank you for everything ❤️

Immaculate and clean at all times. Extremely attentive and kind staff. We really enjoyed the food and the pool area is so chill. We was relaxed the whole time here. It is easy to get buses into busier towns or to walk to local taverns that are also really lovely. There's not much to do other than chill but it was perfect as we would go on excursions or travel out for more if we wanted more. Would recommend this hotel to people wanting to relax.
